New villa of 90 m² with 2 bedrooms, Villa des Palmiers offers a relaxing setting in a green setting.

The villa has a beautiful terrace for your meals or moments of relaxation as well as a pleasant garden with palm trees and a window on the ocean.

The villa is located in a housing estate of some houses with portal access. Outdoor parking is easy.

On two levels, the villa has a neat decoration and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom.

Very bright and very functional, the villa has a large living area with a spacious living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen in the extension.

On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen, TNT channels and Internet access by Wifi.

The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge / refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hotplates, toaster, kettle ...) and also offers a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean.

Upstairs, there is the sleeping area (2 bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with toilet).

In a green setting overlooking the ocean, the villa is located in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the Chemin de la Vigie, at the Montagne.

Less than 2 km away, there are many local services (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, ATM, petrol station, fruit and vegetable vendors, snack bar, pizzeria ...).

The Colorado Golf Club and the Colorado Recreation Park are about a 7-minute drive away.

You will reach the most beautiful of the island and its lagoon in about 35 minutes, Saint-Denis in 10 minutes, the airport in less than 30 minutes.

For your stay in Reunion, to attend the arrival of the Grand Raid, or for a work mission near Saint-Denis, come and enjoy a new house with all comfort in a luxuriant and relaxing.

The parties and receptions are strictly forbidden, the house is planned for 4 people maximum.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house.

Animals are not allowed.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Minimum 6 days rental. For long stays (1 month or more), a discount of 25% can be applied.

To book, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be required. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Deposit: An imprint of credit card or a check of 1000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.

A seasonal rental contract will record all this information.

Time of entry: between 15h and 19h.
Departure time: between 8am and 11am.
These schedules may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.

In case of late arrival (after 7 pm) or early departure (before 8 am), thank you to let us know (a supplement of 50 € will be requested on arrival).
