Elegant villa 100 m from the sea with garden. Ideal for a family

In the charming town of Roccella Ionica, to which the "Blue Flag 2016 with 5 sails" for the splendid sea has been attributed, there is the newly built villa, consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the another with a bunk bed, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub) a large living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, then there is the kitchenette equipped with an oven, four burners, microwave and dishwasher.
There is also on request a cot / crib for infants or young children.
The whole house is air conditioned with hot / cold heat converters for winter use of the property in which there is also an independent heating system.
Mosquito nets in all windows and French windows, there are two TVs with digital channels, there is a washing machine in the basement compartment, with everything you need to hang clothes and iron them, as well as there is a table in the living room for six people, extendable up to ten, with two sideboards.
At guests' disposal there are two bicycles, each equipped with a child seat, then in the garden there is a barbecue, a hammock and a table (always for six people, extendable up to ten) with a basket full of games for children .
A parking space is reserved in the courtyard outside the house.
The house is supplied with sheets, towels and beach towels.
The costs for electricity, GAS and water are included in the rent.

LOCATION
The house is located five minutes walk from the town center, represented by the Piazza di San Vittorio, and 100 meters from the promenade where there are equipped uncrowded beaches, white beach, also free, ideal for children as well as a long path of four kilometers for jogging and bicycles leading to the tourist port of 'THANKS'.
The house is also located 30 meters from the amphitheater where the famous Roccella Ionica Jazz Festival takes place every year (the third in Italy in importance).
Nearby there are ancient typical villages of Calabria (Gerace, Caulonia, Stilo) and archaeological sites of Magna Graecia (Locri Epizefiri).
30 minutes by car you can reach Aspromonte for splendid walks or the natural waterfalls of Bivongi to spend a different day in the mountains.

There are excellent restaurants nearby (La Cascina, La Pineta and Ranch Sound are recommended) and in any case it is possible to eat in the different shores of the promenade equipped for lunch and dinner or in the different bars located in the town (we recommend slushes and ice cream).

MARKET
There is a mini-market 50 meters from the house, exiting the courtyard to the right, after crossing the main street of the village where it is recommended to buy local bread (made to order).
A larger CONAD supermarket is located 250 meters from the house, exiting the courtyard to the right, once you reach the main road of the village, go left and walk about 200 meters on your left.
For fruit, you need to go to the center of the village where, before the square of San Vittorio, there are two greengrocers.

There is a beauty and massage center about 200 meters from the house, reaching the main road and heading right, you will find it on your left.
