Je suis navrée si vous avez été déçue par notre accueil. Afin de faciliter votre arrivée, dans la mesure où vous ne m'avez pas donné d'heure, je vous ai laissé les clés sur les portes. Vous êtes arrivée un samedi soir chez nous relativement tard, après 19h, et ce pour un court séjour de 4 jours. Nous avons échangé par SMS, et j'ai toujours été réactive pour répondre à vos demandes (le code wifi, noté dans le livret d'entrée; et une télécommande de clim que vous ne trouviez pas). Je vous ai également envoyé un message en milieu de séjour pour savoir si tout se passait bien. Enfin, je vous ai permis de quitter les lieux à 14h, au lieu de 11h du matin, car nous devions faire le ménage pour les prochains arrivants. Je me demande bien ce que vous attendiez de plus comme accueil ?! Quant au ménage, cela est souvent subjectif, je suis navrée si là aussi, cela n'était pas à la hauteur de vos attentes; mais j'y ai passé 3 heures avant que vous arriviez :)

Un endroit calme

Endroit très propre et spacieux, les chambres sont fabuleuse, la piscine ombragée, dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter de toutes les installations du domaine st hilaire quand nous sommes clients des gîtes.

mazets agréables et très bien équipés

Nous avons séjourné dans les 2 mazets de fernand pendant 3 nuits. Ils sont très bien équipés. La piscine n'est pas aussi grande qu'elle le paraît et elle est à partager avec les occupants des chambres d'hôtes.

Bel accueil Les mazets sont décorés avec goût et fonctionnels Excepté le fait que la piscine n’est pas du tout privative et éloignée des mazets ce qui n’est pas conforme à l’annonce

Délicieuse Parenthèse cévenole

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine au comptoir saint hilaire. Très bon accueil, le logement est spacieux et bien agencé pour que chacun puisse se poser.. Le cadre est enchanteur et reposant.Nous reviendrons.
