very nice location, very nice garden, well divided house to accommodate 4-6 persons

the property is well located 3 minutes walk from the golf and 15 minutes walk from the center of Arradon. also very good location to get to the most wonderful Britanny sites. very well equipped kitchen. I would recommend a little more cleaning in the house. many thanks again to Sophie for the welcoming and support during our stay, also for the very nice gift on departure.

Excellent location

We stayed two weeks in August 2023 in this attractive property. We had use of the entire ground floor of the two-story house; the upper floor was also occupied while we were there but this did not cause any problems. The location is excellent, with just a five-minute walk to the beach. The interior is as described in the listing. There is some dampness in the basement games room (this was not a problem for us as we did not use this room); also, the communication with the property manager immediately before arrival was not as good as we have experienced at other properties (some messages went unanswered).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus hat zwei Wohnungen mit separatem Eingang. Ich hatte die Erdgeschosswohnung nebst dem sehr schönen, großzügigen Garten. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, was für Hundebesitzer hilfreich ist. Die Vermieterin wohnt in der Nähe, ist jederzeit ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Ich habe mich die zwei Wochen dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Location très agréable et localisation superbe

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette appartement au Rez de chaussée d'une charmante petite maison. L'appartement est très agréable et très bien équipé. Le jardin et le sous-sol aménagé avec table de ping pong en cas de mauvais temps est un plus ! La localisation est parfaite, très calme, proche de la mer (5 minutes à pied) et proche du centre bourg. Définitivement envie de revenir !

La maison du rez-de-chaussée est remarquable notamment par la superficie de son jardin sans aucun vis-à-vis où il est toujours possible de trouver de l'ombre en cas de forte chaleur, elle est parfaitement équipée et se trouve à très courte distance des commerces, des plages et des chemins de randonnées.

Si, comme nous, vous avez la chance de passer ne serait-ce qu'une semaine en ce lieu magique, vous n'aurez de cesse de vouloir y retourner ! Accueil et suivi du séjour tout en gentillesse et suggestions pertinentes… Habitation très agréable, conception parfaite pour un séjour très confortable tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur avec cette splendide terrasse donnant sur un jardin de rêve. Notre cocker anglais a lui aussi beaucoup apprécié. Ne reste qu'à patienter dans l'espoir d'un retour, quelle que soit la saison, aussi précoce que possible !

Superbe sejour

La maison et le jardin sont parfaits : commodités, équipements, espace, tranquillité, tout y est. L'emplacement est formidable : proche du bord de mer, proche d'arradon, de vannes et bien placé pour aller visiter le golfe. L'accueil est très chaleureux et sympathique. Les paysages sont magnifiques et raviront tous les amateurs de photo car les lumières sont superbes et variées...et encore, le temps était couvert. Bref, c'était le premier mais certainement pas le dernier séjour ici.
