NEW IN COLMAR CENTER, OPENING OF THE BEAUTIFUL GITE RENOVATED IN 2017
The house is located in the heart of the city of Colmar on foot we do the Christmas market, close to the train station, small shops, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco .......
It is located 5 minutes from the wine route near Colmar, Kayserberg, Riquewhir, Ribeauvillé, Turckheim and other tourist sites.

Cottage of 70m2 including:
- 2 large bedrooms (one with a double bed of 140/1. 90 AND the 2nd 1 bed 1. 20/1. 90), Each bed has a personal and convenient bedside lamp and wardrobe
- an American kitchen overlooking the living room, this one is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a 4-burner electric hob, an electric oven, an extractor fan, a microwave oven. a Nespresso coffee machine ...), in the lounge area, a plasma TV, a DVD player.
The bathroom is fully tiled. It includes a glass shower cabin (with thermostatic tap), a sink, a large mirror and a large worktop.

This property is perfect for exploring Colmar city centre and the hosts are exceptionally welcoming. Highly recommend this quaint place for a relaxing stay. And the garden can't be beat!

Fabulous hosts, lovely accommodation and very handy location for all the sights of Colmar. Very much a bonus in Colmar to have private parking and gardens to sit out in.

Pleasant visit, beautiful area of France

Michel & Harima were wonderful hosts. Their garden is vast and the Moroccon Figs were delicious! The beds were comfortable, they had coffee and supplies to help get us going. We were able to branch out and visit Germany numerous times as well as other areas of the Alsace French Wine Region.

Quaint Apartment

We so enjoyed our stay in Colmar. The location was only a few minutes from the old section of town and very easily walkable. The house is older and has a lovely garden. The rooms were clean and spacious and Michel and his wife were very kind and helpful.

Wonderful and homey place in Colmar!

My husband and I happened upon this VRBO for our anniversary trip to Colmar, France. Michel and Halima were amazing hosts. Easy to communicate with, friendly and warm. Halima let us taste fresh figs from her abundant garden and made us the most delicious mint tea and Moroccan crepes one day! The location of the house is perfect. We could easily walk to Colmar town center for shopping and food. We chose to rent a car as well to drive to surrounding areas and they had free parking available. The rooms above their house are spacious and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed for our stay. If we come back to Colmar, we would definitely stay again!

Colman stay

A lovely apartment on the top of floor of Michel and Halima's house in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Colmar. Parking is in the grounds of their property. They are such a lovely couple, very welcoming and friendly. They insisted that we must see their incredible garden which contains so many fruits and vegetables as well as flowing plants. Halima also cooked us a couscous one evening. My friend and I will definitely be back.

Well located for a walk into Colmar

We were a little surprised to find on arrival that the description was misleading. The "Little cottage in a large house" is in fact the upper floor of the house without a separate entrance, so lacked the privacy we thought we had paid for. The accommodation was accessed from the hallway of the house by means of a narrow and steep flight of wooden stairs that the owners insisted would not be walked on in shoes, so gave us hotel slippers to use, which felt precarious when carrying luggage. The other surprise is that it is just 50 metres from the main through road towards Strasbourg and the traffic noise was very intrusive at night. It was also disconcerting to find little messages everywhere saying that if plugs weren't removed we may be charged for damage to electrical equipment. The location was ideal for a walk into the town and "Little Venice" is only ten minutes away. The owners were VERY friendly during our stay, insisting on a tour of their extensive vegetable gardens.

Kurztrip nach Colmar

Michel und Halima sind sehr charmante Gastgeber. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Toller Garten gehört zum Haus , den man sich unbedingt anschauen sollte. Tee und Kuchen von Madame schmeckten ausgezeichnet.In der City und an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist msn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Sicherer Parkplatz am Haus.Colmar ist immer eine Reise wert.Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, molto comoda per muoversi a piedi per Colmar (proprio come scritto nella descrizione)Abbiamo effettuato il check-in in ritardo rispetto a quanto scritto, ma è stato a causa degli ospiti precedenti e a noi non è cambiato molto visto che ne abbiamo approfittato per un giro in città. L'appartamento era ben pulito, spazioso, caldo e accogliente.Il bagno è molto grande, la cucina attrezzata (unica pecca il bollitore, consiglierei di pulirlo meglio o sostituirlo). Le camere adeguate con degli armadi capienti, l'unica "pecca" il materasso molto morbido, ma va a gusto personale quindi non mi sento di criticarlo più di tanto.Un grazie particolare ai proprietari e alla loro ospitalità e gentilezza, se torneremo mai a Colmar sapremo di quedta piccola e piacevole certezza:)

Nicht wie beschrieben

Das ist kein Ferienhaus sondern nur eine Dachbodenwohnung mit schrägen Wänden, an denen man sich ständig den Kopf anhaut. Zu der Wohnung führt eine unglaublich steile Treppe mit sehr kurzen Stufen. Die ganze Einrichtung ist sehr alt und verbraucht. Ich war froh daßs ich nur drei yNächte gebucht hatte

Lage super für Besuch in Colmar Innenstadt. Nette Vermieter.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt fußläufig vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der angebotene Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Man wohnt in einem ehrwürdigen Familienhaus im ersten Stock. Das Interieur passt zu dem ehrwürdigen Haus. Alles ist sauber und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Marché de Noël en Alsace

hôte et hôtesse sympathiques très bien accueilli avec des chaussons pour chacun, idéalement localisé par rapport au marché de Noël environ 200 mètres, le grand plus parking gratuit , 2 grandes chambres literie (matelas et oreillers) peut être à revoir, une très grande salle d 'eau avec WC , coin cuisine et salon un peu trop proche l 'un de l 'autre à notre goût , cuisine bien équipée il n' y manque rien .
