This is the Historic 1893 Reed-Dossey House situated on top of the hill overlooking Brownsville. The home is 5 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park and 10 miles from Nolin Lake State Park, & 25 miles from the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green. The room has 12 foot ceilings and is connected to a private bathroom with a jetted bathtub and shower. Guests can enjoy either of the 2 beautiful porches to relax during their trip. Guests also have access to the game room with board and and arcade games.
A gourmet breakfast is included in the price of the room and you will be served in our gracious dining room that some of the offerings will include your choice of eggs, french toast, specialty breads, toast, bacon, sausage, or ham, mixed fruits, juice and coffee or tea. Brownsville is a small Kentucky town with limited restaurant choices. We will also provide our guests, for an additional fee payable when arriving, a menu of multiple home made dinner choices. The menu can be provided via email after your booking and please request your dinner choices prior to arrival.
Guests have access to all lower level rooms other than the hosts bathroom. Lower level rooms include the Parlor, Dining Room, Game Room, Sun Room and Kitchen as well as your room and bathroom.
Guests also have access to either of the outdoor porches.
