On Cap Bénat, in one of the wildest corners of the French Riviera, in the heart of a private and guarded domain of 200 hectares, the vast garden brings a great tranquility. On a shady path, you reach in 8 mn to a reserved beach. Around the house, a large secure pool, several dining areas depending on the weather, a nice garden and the forest. Many trails allow to discover the surroundings.

A roof terrace, dry stone walls to melt in the landscape, this house that follows the gentle slope knows how to be discreet. Well isolated from the neighborhood, its 160 m2 allow a comfortable home for 8 people.
On a wooded land of half a hectare covered with cork oaks, arbutus, and pine trees, a nice Mediterranean garden will allow you to pick figs and citrus fruits in season.

Strolls to the Pointe de l'Esquillette, Cape Bénat, the charming beach of Trippe with its white quartz gravel. On foot or by bike along the coast, to Fort Brégançon or Massif des Maures. The neighboring heights offer magnificent views to lovers of nature, colors or scents.
The 3 Golden Islands form with the coast a large expanse of protected water, ideal for seaside or marine activities. In the residence, next to the restaurant, a sailing club offers rentals and courses in season. Port Cros Island, the closest, is a terrestrial and marine natural park, and the island of Levant a renowned naturist center.
The village of Bormes is charming, and attracts painters and architects. His free museum is not lacking in interest. In the vicinity, several botanical gardens, the Annonciade Museum in St Tropez, famous for its impressionist collection, the Roman remains of Fréjus, the village of Collobrières and its frozen chestnuts, etc ...
Provencal cuisine is renowned, with its famous bouillabaisse. Ask us where to go. The local rosé is the best of France, and some reds are really worth it.
