In a secure set of 2 large studios and swimming pool, 100 meters from the sea, located on a peninsula having seen on the Illes du François and the Joséphine Basin
Rent large new studio furnished, air conditioned 25 sqm ground floor with large private terrace of 20 sqm for 2 to 3 people
Fully equipped:
- Kitchen: Fridge, oven / microwave, hob, coffee maker and all the little kitchen essentials
- Shower room with Italian shower
- Double bed, TV, Wifi
- Table and chairs in teak, barbecue, hammock
- Cooler, washing machine and iron at your disposal
Sheets and towels provided and changed weekly
1 welcome drink, the first breakfast and a free kayak outing
Starting point for sea excursion: kayak or boat.

Studio non smoking, possible to smoke on its terrace without disturbing the occupants of the 2nd studio
