Perfect getaway

The Altea Sol apartment at Cap Negret is a perfect quiet location. You have facilities at the hotel to use which is very close plus a very good supermarket and bar in walking distance.Although there isn’t a balcony you are over looking the sea and practically on the beach.To walk into Altea takes 20 minutes.

Wonderful beach location close to Altea town

Beautiful beach apartment with breathtaking views onto the sea and all the amenities needed. 10 minutes walking to beautiful Altea and across the road from the tram station. Host was very attentive and booking process was seamless. Looking forward to staying again. Breda and Alan

Quiet apartment directly on the beach

The apartment is well located and offers a private parking space. If you look for relaxation and a quiet place it is perfect. It has no balcony or terrace but windows which can be opened completely so a balcony is not missed. A private in- and outdoor pool is part of the building as well as direct access to the beach. The kitchen is equipped with the most important and offers a Senseo pad coffee machine only. We had a wonderful time and can recommend the apartment. Hopefully we will return.

Heavenly views

We stayed 4 weeks at Altea Sol. The views from the apartment are spectacular. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Also great wifi work remote working. Comfortable bed and great shower. Lots of towels, beach chairs, cooking equipment, etc. The apartment complex has great facilities and is well maintained. It's not modern but its really functional with a down to earth atmosphere. 2 pools, table tennis (BYO bats and balls), lawn/gardens, direct access to a patrolled pebbly beach (BYO beach shoes). Cap Negret Hotel is nearby which we enjoyed use the bar, pool, live music again with sea views. We enjoyed lovely quiet strolls along the sea front to La Olla Bar which has cool 80's 90's DJ on Thursdays and Sundays. Walking distance to Altea town. Shorter walk to the tram. Communication with the host and his assistants was responsive. All lovely people. We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful sea view

The apartment is situated just outside of Altea town centre, so only a short walk away (about 15mins). There is also a good tram link close by which runs from Alicante to Denia - so you can visit other towns pretty easily (fares are around 1.45 euros one way). As we did not have a car, we found this invaluable. The only minus was that as a self catering apartment, there are no shops close by - the nearest one is 300m away, so carrying water that distance can be tricky, especially if you do not have a car. There is a beautiful sea view with the apartment and windows which open completely to make the most of it. We did however miss having a balcony and being able to sit outside of an evening and this is the only reason we have given this a four star rating. Overall a beautiful apartment, situated in a beautiful part of Cap Negret.

Tres bon séjour à Altea

Mais nous avons été très bien acquis par Jean Marc, que nous remercions encore et notre séjour s’est réalisé parfaitement bien. L’appartement est bien situé en face de la mer avec une très belle vue à contempler tous les jours. La résidence est très sympathique, nous avons été ravis de ce séjour.

Buena estancia.

La estancia ha sido buena. Por la casa todo estupendo, vistas increíbles 😍, casa bien, tienen de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Es un agrado que puedas tener a tu mascota. El único punto, aún que a nosotros no nos afecta mucho, porque pasamos de estas cosas, son los vecinos de la urbanización, ya que son un poco antipáticos, se quejan y miran mal al pasar con tu perro, y vienen a explicarte sus normas de malas maneras, miran con malas caras ni saludan al estar en zonas comunes o piscina, como si les molestase que estuvieses allí de vacaciones. Pero si sabes pasar de estas cosas y que no te afecten, aún que te están buscando para que les contestes, si sabes ir a lo tuyo, lo demás en general todo bien. Mari Carmen muy atenta y buen trato

Leuk appartement met mooi uitzicht, alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Wij hebben een maand genoten. Het is alleen wat ver lopen naar de boulevard. Maar is te doen. Heerlijk appartement Nederlandse Tv gekeken via een chromecast kastje, met de app van Canal + erop. Deze aangesloten op de HDMI van de TV.

Vielen Dank an Jean-Marc für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Ein-und Auschecken erfolgte unkompliziert zur vereinbarten Zeit. Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Es ist alles auf der Höhe der Zeit. Wir kommen gern nächstes Jahr wieder.

Vistas impresionantes

El apartamento es tal y como viene en las fotos , nos hemos alojado 3 adultos y nuestra mascota y la verdad que nos hemos sentido muy cómodos.Nada más entrar ves el mar por los grandes ventanales, la vista es preciosa. Las camas son cómodas y en la cocina había de todo tipo de utensilios y en cantidad. La piscina climatizada es un puntazo cuando vienes de pasar todo el día visitando la zona o haciendo senderismo.La distancia al pueblo andando será de 10 minutos, hay un camino q sale de la general para ir más tranquilos pero también es cierto que la carretera general tiene un arcén con pivotes y es seguro ir andando por ahí incluso de noche.Tambien tiene una plaza de aparcamiento que supongo que en verano será muy valorada. El día anterior Maricarmen nos llamó para concretar la hora en la que llegaríamos, así que en todo momento supimos que podíamos contar con ella si lo necesitabamos. Si vais por allí no os podéis perder la ruta circular de la Forat de Bernia, tiene unas vistas preciosas. Repetiremos seguro!

Merveilleux séjour dans cette PETITE station balnéaire de la Costa Blanca. Pascale et Jean-Marc ont un appartement arrangé avec goût, très confortable, des équipements fonctionnels et une literie en excellent état.la situation est idéale, le lever de soleil est chaque jour un spectacle. Nous avons suivi les recommandations de jean marc pour la visite de l’arrière pays, le château de guadalest ou les cascades de l’Algar. Le vieux Altea regorge de restaurants à la gastronomie parfois Atypique. De très belles vacances en octobre ou la mer est à 26°. Le bonheur !!!
