We are a couple about to retire and we love the sea and nautical sports. I am fond of painting the sea or reading in my beach chair in front of the Iles d'Or, while listening to the sound of the small
waves rolling in.

Why they chose this property

We love that area that brings together palm trees, vineyards, and rose laurel during summertime, and mimosas along the roads during wintertime (in addition, there are orange trees in Hyères).
The Maures, from La Londe, offers a forest landscape that change radically of scenery from the sea. It is wonderful and there are steep slopes for mountain bike lovers!
It is not as windy as Marseille or Languedoc Roussillon regions. This aspect convinced us and that is why we have chosen this beautiful region even if the mistral blows from time to time.
