We had a lovely stay at Francois’ home. The home was very clean and well equipped. It was a short walk to parks and great restaurants. The walk downtown was a little longer but really beautiful and we did it several times. We appreciated our hosts recommendations and timely response. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay again.
Very well located, close to the Abraham plain and old Quebec. Very quiet neighbourhood and very accommodating owner. Everything you need is provided and very quick response. I would definitely consider again and stay
This was a wonderful place to stay and it met all our needs. François was helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and organized and it was nicely decorated. We loved the historic details in the unit too. The kitchen had plenty of tools and appliances available such as a variety of coffee pots and espresso makers if needed. We ended up walking to a near by coffee shop, which is another option. The location is perfect for what we were looking for… close to the Plains of Abraham, very walkable but in a quiet, calm and beautiful neighborhood. We were traveling with an infant and everything worked well for us. Thank you for the stay François!
This top floor property was an amazing home away from home, while offering easy access to shopping, dining and outdoor activities. Francois was an wonderful host who was very responsive and went out of his way to make our time in Quebec City well spent, helping us navigate a city wide music festival we were not even aware of before arriving (He even shared passes for us to attend the festival one evening). The apt, itself, was as it appears in the photos, with comfy beds, a kitchen full of every gadget needed and plenty of street parking. It was very peaceful. City buses stop a short walk away with a short ride the old city. àVélo bike stations are also a short walk away as well. Restaurants, cafes and grocery stores are plentiful and within 15 min on foot. In all, we truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely rent here again when in QC.
This was our first VRBO in years - I was a little nervous, but everything was wonderful. Francois was professional and available, the apartment is clean and lovely and surprisingly huge - there was plenty of room for all 5 of us.
We had a wonderful time exploring the city while having this cute apartment as our home base. Francois was really great at communicating. He also was kind enough to provide recommendations on where to eat and what to see.
We had an excellent time in this beautiful property. Close to everything and made us feel like we were living in Quebec City. Our host was excellent and we would stay there again.
Very clean, well maintained apartment. Was perfect for our family summer vacation in QC. Francois was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.
This is a charming home located in Québec City. We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The host was attentive and everything we needed was provided.
Very clean and in a good neighborhood. Host was welcoming and helpful. He answered our text very quickly and check out was super easy without the usual 30 point check and clean up.

The place was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood with lots of available parking and only steps away from the National Historic Park (Plaines d'Abraham). Bus route nearby if you don't want to drive, plus electric bike rentals a couple of blocks away. Owner was communicative and helpful - definitely would stay here again.
The apartment is on a quiet and safe street with plenty of parking. It was very clean and had everything our family needed. Francois was attentive and his hospitality was appreciated.
We stayed for 3 nights to experience Winter Carnival in Quebec! The apartment is so spacious and clean. Four minute walk to Grande Alle. We used Uber's to get back and forth later in the night without issue. Excellent communication with Francois, he was so helpful to us. Would absolutely stay again!!
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The place was just as advertised, check in was simple, and communication with the owner was very good. It is a couple of kilometers from Old Quebec with easy access to bus routes but would be walkable as well.
All in all, a great experience.
We had an absolutely delightful Christmas stay in Quebec City! The condo was exceptionally clean and the host was very attentive. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He even purchased a live Christmas tree for our Christmas stay. The property is in a great location. It is an easy walk to parks and great dining restaurants. I highly recommend this property!
I was very satisfied with this accommodation. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable and spans the entire 2nd (top) floor of a private residence. I appreciated having a separate private entrance and staircase taking you straight to the apartment. Very quiet location in upscale Montcalm, away from the tourist crowds. Kitchen has everything you may need. Bathroom, however, could use some updating. Owner was very quick to answer any questions that came up and provided helpful tips. François even set up an office desk at my request and helped me work out parking arrangements for my vehicle. All in all a great stay!
Great mother & daughters weekend for a special birthday!
Overall the location and apartment were great! There was plenty of space to feel comfortable and spread out, great decor and comfortable all around. The only thing that was a challenge were the bunk beds - the mattresses were quite uncomfortable so thankfully we were able to double up in the other rooms and the couch was comfy! There were 4 grown-ups so that might have a bigger impact with a larger group.
We would definitely recommend this for a great trip! The host was super friendly, easy to work with and accommodating.
We needed a place to stay before our cruise from Quebec City to Boston, and we quickly learned that most people stay in the old town area, which is the historic area. Yes, that's possible, but if you want to see Quebec City, not tourist central, stay in a nearby area. This place is in the Montcalm neighborhood (https://www.quebec-cite.com/en/neighbourhoods-quebec-city/montcalm). This area has many larger and older brick homes. This place is actually one of three residences in this building, with the owner living in one downstairs. You have the whole 2nd floor. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but you are not in the heavily touristy area and you are in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the walks in the area. To get to the tourist area, you can take an Uber, which we did one time, but we walked it the other 5 times we went to/from. It's a good 40-min walk, but we enjoyed it. (BTW It is a nice safe walk along one street, and you'll walk right by -- or through, if you wish -- the Plains of Abraham. (I went walking there 2 other times just to enjoy the fresh air.). The apartment has everything you need. 4 beds in 3 bedrooms. a full living room, a full dining area (where I set up my computer and worked), a full kitchen. There are 25+ towels (GREAT!!!) and we loved the balcony overlooking the quiet street and trees in front. Communication with the owner was excellent, and we'd stay here again without hesitation. Stores are about 6 blocks away. Bring your shopping bag! HAPPY STAY!
