Apartment 2P completely renovated independent villa in large calm, in the countryside and close to amenities.
Room for 2 persons, (double bed), sofa bed in the living room.
Private parking.

Located 1.2km from the old Provencal village of Mouans-Sartoux. Between Cannes and Grasse, Mouans-Sartoux is an ideal location for tourism: 15 minutes from beaches and easy access to the hinterland. SNCF station at 2km, bus 1. 5km.
Residential area very quiet and close to a dynamic city with charm of old Provencal villages, many restaurants, cinema, media library, museum of concrete art. Near tennis, golf (a few minutes walk) and horse riding.

Appartement propre, calme et bien placé (5min en voiture du centre de Mouans Sartoux). Lit très confortable! Seul bémol, impossibilité de faire une machine sur place. Pas pratique lorsque l’on reste deux semaines.

Effectivement l'appartement n'est pas loué avec une machine à laver: l'annonce indique qu'il y a un lave-vaisselle - mais pas de machine à laver. En revanche, il y a une laverie au village, ainsi que des machines self-service au supermarché Casino le plus proche.
