Overrall it was a nice place, we had everything we needed for the stay. Only problem we had was the queen pull out sofa was broke and wasnt able to use it. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. The layout of our beachy home was amazing with bedrooms up stairs loved that. Really cleaned and so nice. Love the coffee set up area so cute. The walk to the beach was easy and nice.

I loved the location to the beach access. It was a little walk to the beach but it is very easy. The decor of the house is very appealing. The only negative comments I have was the faucet in the kitchen is very loose. I needed to get toilet paper and soap. There are adequate kitchen supplies and a lot of towels available.

Great home

This was a great stay. Clean, updated unit. Kitchen stocked. Right across from beach access, so a short enough walk (you do have to cross a road) Definitely bring extra blankets. Kids loved the bunk bed and trundle Would def book again

Good Stay

This is a good condo. It's not the best I've ever stayed at, but certainly a good value for your money. There were only 3 things I was disappointed with: 1, the upstairs shower didn't work due to a lack of a knob to pull to divert water from the tub faucet to the shower head. Fortunately, the downstairs shower did work. 2, there was no ice maker in the freezer. 3, there was no DVD/BLURAY player for any of the mounted flat TVs, although the TV in the living room worked great; I didn't turn on the TV in the master bedroom upstairs, so I don't know if it works or not. Otherwise, my cousin, his cousin, and myself were all very satisfied with everything else, especially the AC, that cooled down to 62 at night! All in all, it wasn't the greatest stay ever, but it wasn't terrible either.

Even though my family and I did enjoy our vacation, and the condo was decorated cute, I was expecting more. There was one cup to use, the toilet paper holder and tooth brush holder in the downstairs bathroom was very loose. There were stains on the doors and walls throughout the condo. (The cleaning company or person needs to pay attention) Upstairs, the room with bunk beds, the floor was coming apart, the vents had rust on it. With the revenue that the owners receive, and the amount that I and others pay for the condo, the upkeep should have beenbetter. ( and all that I wrote wasn’t all that was frown upon.)

Bad Condo oweners/ Great property Management Team.

The location and property management/staff were great. The condo it's self was Sub par; needs a lot of work. I rented this condo for a month based on the Amenities. The oven was broken & the owners would not fix it, they wanted to wait until the manufacturers sent a repair man out. For some reason the front room stayed hot but the rest of the condo would get down to 68°. I called the property manager and at this point they moved me in to another unit that was a 1000% better. The property manager team is outstanding. the owne of the condo not so good.

Nice Townhome and close to the beach

We enjoyed the home very cute and roomie for us. The beach access was definitely a plus being just 2-3 mins walking distance. We will look to book here or within the similar area next time. Also wish there was a blender in the home to make smoothies and shakes. Other than that everything else was available. Thank you

We recently stayed at 6F and were pleased with the condo. It was affordable; spacious (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms); very close to the pool, tennis court and shuffle board area; and located right by the path to the beach. The condo does need some repairs in the kitchen and bathrooms. But all in all, a nice place to stay!
