The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, overlooking the garden, a few steps from Strada Nova, the most important artery that connects the train station with Piazza San Marco.
It is a 3-minute walk from the vaporetto stop at Ca 'd'Oro, 10 minutes from the Alilaguna vaporetto stop from Marco Polo airport and a 15-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station.
From here you can leave for your trips and visit all the beautiful city of Venice, or to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, the first famous for the production of artistic glass, the second for the production of lace and the typical boats Venetian and the third to be the cradle of civilization Venetian. Upon your return, you can relax in a cozy apartment equipped with every comfort before spending the evening in one of the many local typical of the area, where you can taste the goodness of Venetian cuisine.

A fantastic place to stay. Very quiet and safe. Very close to a number of water bus stops so you could access different lines. Close enough to walk to everything. The communication before our stay was excellent with great instructions on how to get where we needed to be. Gabriella escorted us to the apartment showed us how everything worked. She was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and places to visit. If I go to Venice again I would stay here.

Great stay in Venice!

From booking until the moment we departed we had such a nice stay in Venice. Georgio and Gabriella were so helpful giving us specific directions in a hard-to-navigate place and ideas for places to visit. The lodging itself is well located - quiet but an easy walk to anywhere. If walking isnā€™t in your plans thereā€™s also a vaporetto (water bus) stop very close. It was just two of us but the accommodations would also be great for a family. When we get to come back to Venice we will definitely look up Georgio and Gabriella again. Grazie!

Wonderful Service but watch out for musketos

When arriving in Venice look for the water taxi signage on the floor and this will bring you to the where all the water taxi stands are. Be prepared for musketos. They will swarm you like like flies on well you know what I mean and you will be there sting for a while. Onto the best part of the experience in Venice.... We arrived a bit earlier than anticipated and Gorgio our host accommodated us without hesitation. Gorgio actually met us at the point of debarkation and help us with our luggage to the apartment. A true gentlemen and full of advice as to restaurants, tours and point of interest. The apartment has a huge loft and is very modern and comfortable. the best thing is that is is very central and easy to get to once you walk around a bit. Especially if you get lost you pay more attention to your surroundings. The City is beautiful and our tour was well worth the money. When booking ask Gorgio who he would recommend for tours and he will provide the info. I would certainly recommend this VRBO property to anyone who is travelling to Venice. Dealing with this host was very easy and meeting Gorgio was a pleasure.

We had a wonderful visit to Venice, our host Gaby was wonderful and funny. The location was very clean and perfect location, the beds were comfortable. Only wish is that we were there longer, all the people were very nice, so much to see, it was lovely

Our host gave instructions ( with pictures) on the best way to reach the apartment from the airport. Communication was prompt and regular before we arrived. We particularly liked being welcomed by our host and shown around the apartment. Gaby was able to give us first hand information about the area including supermarkets and restaurants. It is so convenient to all Venice has to offer. Great location.The apartment was clean and so quiet with a lovely outlook onto the courtyard. The beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment for your next trip to Venice.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Venice. We had 2 adults and 2 adult children. The apartment was close to everything including a grocery store and had everything we needed. Giorgio was a great host. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Venice Stay

Our family of four stayed in this small cozy apartment in a perfect location that was a little bit out of the chaos of San Marco square. Our hosts were perfect and very helpful with places to visit and eat. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked though we didnā€™t cook. Very nice place to stay in Venice!!

Perfect quiet location for wonderful Venice exploration

This property was clean, quiet, and had excellent management. The location is perfect for exploring all Venice has to offer. Itā€™s also tucked away in a quiet spot allowing for restful recharging after busy days. Kitchen was great for cooking your own meals. Grocery store very nearby for stocking up. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others as well. Management made sure we could easily find it and checkin was smooth and efficient.

Great apartment in Venice

We are a family traveling from Canada. We have been to many accommodations while traveling in Europe. This accommodation is located in a perfect spot, close to a market, good restaurants, boat bus and plenty of boutiques. The accommodation was clean, they provided us with everything we needed and the communication was easy. Giorgio and Gaby are good host and great at welcoming us. We recommend this place.
