Great 18th century chartreuse with park and swimming pool
Old house at the foot of the ramparts of Penne-d'Agenais. Nice view and quiet environment.
On the ground floor, park side: several living areas, 2 living rooms, a covered terrace overlooking the pool. A large kitchen, a large dining room and a cottage for 2 people with kitchenette.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. The beds are made on arrival of the tenant.
Ideal place to organize family celebrations, seminars (equipment tables and chairs for 50 people). Shaded courtyard, large park. Private parking. Table tennis.
All shops and train station 2 km. Medical Center 1 km.
Hiking trail, water activities on the Lot, many tourist sites to visit.
