If you have a car - if not, there are a lot of taxis in the area - you can go to Fnideq and M'diq where you can find the souks for Moroccan souvenirs (leather bags and shoes made in Morocco, local pottery) , restaurants, shops etc. The sea food is excellent there! You can also go to Ceuta, which is a Spanish province, 4km from the apartment. This city is perfect for shopping, you have many shops (Zara, Pull & Bear, Cortefiel, Bershka), a huge shopping center, a large swimming pool, a casino, many restaurants and a port. It is a very beautiful and pleasant city. Marina Smir is 10min, there is a water park, a small amusement park with karting and quad, the port of Marina Smir If you wish to explore Morocco, you can go to Tétouan or Tangier, the largest cities in the region, it has a lot of white houses, mosques, shops, etc. You will have the chance to enjoy the Moroccan culture there. Also, Chefchauen is not very far (about 1 hour drive), it has breathtaking landscapes and beautiful traditional blue houses.
