Very nice detached house with all comfort of 105 m² with 3 bedrooms, can accommodate 6 people, in the village of Cheray (St Georges d'Oleron); full-foot on ground entirely closed without opposite. Large sunny terrace overlooking private pool heated and secured by electric shutter. Closed parking 2 cars. Close to the daily covered market at 300 m with all amenities. Beautiful beaches at 4 km, riding stables nearby. Water sports, house not overlooked
Provision of 3 bikes to cross the many bike paths to discover the island of Oleron and enjoy the heated pool on your return.
Nearby the beaches of "Foulrot Sables vigniers" (10 minutes by bike, 2 minutes by car). Bike paths 100m from the house.
Living room with fitted kitchen; living room with flat screen, wifi; three bedrooms with closet.
Rent of the house with private heated swimming pool from July to September.

The owners greeted us upon arrival and were exceptionally flexible. The home itself is perfect: three spacious bedrooms and two beautifully appointed bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped—ideal if, like us, you enjoy shopping at the market next door each day rather than dining out. Outside, there’s a lovely space for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply relaxing. We spent a week here with our entire family and would happily return. Book without hesitation!

Wir haben in diesem sehr schönen Haus mit top Pool 2 erholsame Wochen verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Insel ist vieles mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Alle andere Städte sind in nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Porcher

Très bien

Maison très bien équipée et très bien tenue. Acceuil parfait. Peggy qui nous a accueilli est très disponible et de bon conseil. La maison est très confortable. Piscine et terrasse très agréables, bien orientées et on peut facilement trouver un coin à l'ombre ou au soleil selon l'humeur. Table extérieure avec auvent très pratique pour déjeuner à l'extérieur.

MAISON TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons profité de la piscine. Le seul bémol c'est le bruit la nuit. Cette belle maison est située sur un axe passant d'autant plus en plein été où la population est plus importante dans l'Ile.

Nous avons passé deux semaines agréables. Le descriptif de la maison correspond bien à la réalité. Maison assez spacieuse, piscine excellente et merci pour les vélos (indispensables). Seul bémol la rue est assez bruyante, beaucoup de passage et malheureusement des travaux de restauration de maison en face.

Excellent séjour dans une maison au top

Nous avons passé un séjour très très agréable. La piscine est royale, la literie est de qualité, la maison est très grande (sauf la salle de bains mais la qualité de la douche compense largement) et propre. La localisation est optimale pour les courses (à pied) ou les plages. Les vélos à disposition offrent un plus appréciable. ... Et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute en cas de problème ;-) Bref, le top!

propriété très bien équipée et agréable pour trouver des éléments négatifs on pourrait dire: - linge de maison fourni : il manquait le drap house et les taies d'oreiller - Cheray est sympa, surtout le marché tous les jours, mais beaucoup de passages voiture et rien pour boire un pot... Mais ces 2 points sont vraiment secondaires. Nous sommes très satisfaits

Très agréable

Les photos donnent une description fidèle de la maison. Son emplacement près du marché est très agréable. L’éloignement relatif des plages n’est pas un problème grâce à la présence des vélos, très utiles pour partir en escapade. La maison est bien équipée et la piscine chauffée est un plus indéniable. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Villa très bien située, au calme, très bien équipée et proches des commerces et du marché. Extérieurs très agréables et bien entretenus. La piscine était parfaite et à ravi petits et grands. Propriétaire à l’écoute et très agréable. Nous avons vraiment passé de très bonnes vacances, je recommande vivement cette location.
