This a large condo that has been newly updated throughout. There are 3 beds in the condo: a comfortable queen bed is located in the bedroom while there is a full size 'murphy' bed that may be pulled down from the wall in the dining room area and a convertible pull out couch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for staying home to enjoy your meals.

We are located at The Summit near Chair #15/Eagle Express. It is a short walk of about 500 yards to the lift or the shuttle stops directly across the street. This same shuttle can take you to all areas of town as well.

The parking is covered and there is an elevator in the building to ensure easy access.

There are 2 large jacuzzi's available that can be accessed with a short walk down the indoor hallway.

Perfect single level condo for a small family AND wheelchair accessible!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. There was lots of room for all our gear without it taking over the living spaces. My kids age 3 and 5 loved the Murphy bed and it didn't take away from any needed space for dining. The bathroom is updated with a beautiful glass shower door. The couch is very nice and would easily fit 4-5 people, a child could even sleep on the large chaise. There are lots of hooks for ski clothing and a perfect area to store boots underneath the hooks. Linens were modern and clean and there was firewood on the balcony. There were lots of clear instructions posted around about how to use the internet, TV, check out and the pool key was easy to find. It was very convenient not to have to pick up a key to check in/out and we were easily able to reset the code to a shorter one we would remember.

What we liked best about this condo is the under ground parking, elevator and single floor layout. My husband uses a wheelchair and finding a property that is accessible in Mammoth is close to impossible. The doorways were all wide enough for his wheelchair, there was enough room between furniture for him to easily get around, flooring transitions between rooms were flat, and the carpeting stayed in place. The bathroom isn't truly accessible but worked out.

The only issues I'd mention is that the internet wasn't consistently working and parts of the kitchen (stove and cabinets) still need to be updated. Both the sink and microwave appeared recently replaced. There were only 6 of most types of dishes so we had to wash daily. NOTE the address is listed incorrectly on parts of VRBO which made it confusing to get directions, the correct number is 3253 Meridian (not 2335).

I will definitely rent this condo again.

Loads of snow on our Anniversary weekend Feb 25th 2017!

This is a large Condo complex with lots of buildings. Because of the massive amt of snow buildup on the roadside and structures, it was quite difficult to figure out which building/parking garage was ours. It also made it difficult to find our parking space since the room numbers in the spaces were not always in chronological order. We did like it's location near Juniper Springs resort and lift # 15. The Condo itself was cozy and the decor rustic, though it could use some TLC. The Murphy wall bed stand is broken, both the shades in the bedroom and living area are broken or have slats missing, the microwave vent cover is missing, a bulb was burned out in one of the light fixtures in the bedroom, the bathroom doesn't have a vent or window, the shower curtain had mold on it, and the shower drips. The heaters were all working well and though we saw alot of people around, the living space was fairly insulated from the noise of others. We enjoyed the proximity of the jacuzzis to our Condo and the water temp was perfect.

Property serviceable but run down. Door code long and tricky. Buttons stick when entering

Property OK but window blind needs repair and generally run down. Entry with very long door code was difficult because buttons stick causing the long code to be repeated. Overall ok for basic rental. Owner was very responsive to door code problems

Summit is an older condo property.

The unit we stayed in was nice and very convenient. Craig the owner was very helpful. The pool area and BBQ were great.. The unit was spacious hardwood floors were a nice upgrade. The beds were fine. Carpet was stained and the TV in bedroom was not working. It could use some updating in the kitchen section..particularly pans, plates and glassware. The microwave fan faceplate was broken. Decorated very nicely. It is a pet friendly unit which we totally loved, but there was so much white dog hair I was wearing it on everything. We most likely would recommend this unit as it was very comfortable and the price was right.

Perfect for a small family

This is the second year in a row my family and I have stayed at this condo. I gave my wife the option of staying anywhere in Mammoth this year and she still picked this condo. The unit is perfect for a small family and as another review noted, there are plenty of sleeping area (the Murphy bed is super comfortable) and sitting area. The couch is perfect to sink into after a long day on the slopes, or just plop down to watch TV or read a book. Kitchen has all the amenities to make a meal; we bought groceries for the week and made dinner every night. Yes, the kitchen is a little older and on the smaller side, but it's still functional. There is no garbage disposal but you can just throw the scraps away before washing the dishes. There's wifi and cable but no dvd player, at least I didn't see one. The radiant heaters work great and kept the condo nice and warm. There's a wood-burning fireplace for added warmth if needed, just purchase wood at the grocery store.

The condo is walking distance to Eagle Lodge if you're inclined for a short walk. I have a toddler and all his gear, so we ended up driving to the Main Lodge anyway. We didn't bring our dog this year, but the condo is pet friendly.

There are only a few drawbacks I can think of but they didn't make our stay any less enjoyable: 1) parking is in another building but it's underground and only a short walk; 2) condo can use just a tad bit more lighting, and 3)we couldn't find the key to access the pool/spa area.

Craig is a pleasure to work with and responds quickly. When I realized I didn't have the access code for the door, I emailed Craig who responded promptly even though he was away overseas. I'd recommend this condo for couples and small families. We will be definitely be back next year!

Great place!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were able to walk to Eagle lifts and use the jacuzzi. It was also nice to have covered parking and a very central location. We would recommend this place!
