We booked this cabin for a last minute trip and really enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and welcoming.

Unfortunately the hot tub was green and we could not use it. However the cabin was very nice. Comfortable bed!!! All in all a good stay. Couch in living room is not comfortable, but it is a sleeper couch and they tend not to be. Check in and check out was excellent. Communication was great!! Would recommend if you want a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg.

A green hot tub is absolutely not the experience we want our guests to have. We have since replaced the cleaning team responsible, as this did not meet our standards and is not acceptable. The cabin was very nice and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, and beds very comfy. The drive up and down the mountain was very scary. The road is very narrow Besides the drive up to the cabin we had a very nice stay.

this cabin was cozy, and it was in such a serene location in the mountains! the view from the back patio is gorgeous, as was the view from the hot tub. the decor was super cute and the rooms were mostly pleasant. the owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. we enjoyed how peaceful it was at this cabin and overall recommend it.the photos are not totally accurate - the couch pictured in the listing is muuuch nicer than the one actually in the cabin... there's also a comfy looking chair pictured in one of the rooms that was not in the cabin.a few notes:-the cabin comfortably houses 4-5 people in regards to places to sleep (we are a party of 5), but the living room itself only had seating for 3 people, so 2 of us always had to sit on the floor. the small couch fits 2, and then there's a recliner. there's technically a desk with a wooden chair but it was not comfortable to relax on after trekking Gatlinburg/PF all day. disappointing because the (different) couch pictured in the listing looked bigger and more comfortable.-i think a new couch would be ideal in general...this one is pretty uncomfortable.-it's impossible to tell from the angle of the photos, but the pool table in the basement is essentially unusable. i swear i'm not exaggerating. 4 of us adults tried to play multiple times but the cues hit the wall every single time, no matter where you're standing. i'm baffled by the reviews saying they used it when we literally couldn't make it work!
