This complex is 3 kilometers from the NICE airport, the apartment is on the 4th floor, with elevator, in the HELITEL MARINE residence with views of the swimming pool (open from April to November) and two tennis courts.
West side overlooking marina Bay of Angels and the old Cagnes-sur-Mer.
Playground for children. 100 meters from the beach, facing the sea and the tourist office, shopping center CAP 3000 is 900 meters, next door you have the marina with its many restaurants.
Bus stop opposite the tourist office shuttles to the airport, also NICE MENTON CANNES MONACO.
1 bedroom, with double bed, a sleeping area, with porthole, with 2 bunk beds, kitchen open to the living room, pull-out sofa bed (2 or 3 people) microwave oven electric hob, griddle, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker with filter, etc.... separate WC and bathroom, television, flat screen the apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Collective garage, and parking in the residence.
