Bienvenue aux Granges de Page Hill! SĂ©journez dans notre propriĂ©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e au cƓur de la rĂ©gion du lac Sunapee. À quelques minutes du lac Sunapee, du mont Sunapee et du centre-ville de New London, skiez ou passez la journĂ©e sur le lac ou profitez du calme sur le pont tout en admirant le coucher de soleil sur la vue sur le mont Ascutney, dans le Vermont.

Les Granges de Page Hill a 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. En bas se trouve une cuisine ouverte et lumineuse et un salon avec une vue magnifique sur la propriété.

Si vous aimez cuisiner et que vous ĂȘtes enthousiasmĂ© par de nouvelles expĂ©riences culinaires, la cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e du poĂȘle AGA. Un poĂȘle Ă  gaz en fonte qui reprĂ©sente une aventure culinaire, ainsi qu’un endroit confortable pour sĂ©cher votre matĂ©riel de ski ou rĂ©chauffer vos chaussons lors d’une soirĂ©e d’hiver. Le comptoir de la cuisine a des tabourets de bar qui sont parfaits pour se rĂ©unir pendant que vous prĂ©parez un bon repas ou juste pour vous rassembler pour un goĂ»ter. Le salon a une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et le canapĂ© le plus confortable pour se dĂ©tendre devant un film en streaming.

Cette maison a un espace de vie séparé à l'arriÚre de la maison pour plus d'espace pour s'étendre et trouver le calme. PrÚs du salon, il y a un grand réfrigérateur séparé que vous pouvez consacrer entiÚrement à garder votre soif.

La coupole au sommet de la maison est le clou de la maison. C’est une randonnĂ©e au sommet, mais une fois que vous y ĂȘtes, vous avez une vue Ă  360 degrĂ©s de la propriĂ©tĂ© et vous pourrez voir jusqu’au centre-ville de Newport.

Great stay

We stayed in this house for a family ski weekend. I the location was great - close to groceries, 20 minutes to Mount Sunapee. The house was clean, quirky and comfortable. We had a preschooler with us who really appreciated the stools and kids toys.

We spent our Christmas week here and had a fabulous time. The location is private and serene, yet close to skiing at Mt. Sunapee. The fireplace and the AGA kept it nice and toasty! The AGA stove was so much fun to use - don’t be intimidated! Overall a lovely place to stay and Erin was such a great help and communicator!

Perfect home for any occasion

A beautiful time on the hill!

Wow what a beautiful home! The layout and bedrooms worked out very well for our group. Everything was clean and welcoming. The environment was homey and just right and the view from the deck and cupola room were beautiful sights to see every day! We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen - the AGA stove was intimidating at first, I'll admit, but we quickly fell in love! The host was communicative and cared about our experience. Overall, we loved our time here.

Family Ski Weekend

Wonderful NH Winter Escape

We loved our time at the Barnes home in Newport. What a beautiful setting with the most gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The house has a great layout with an open concept kitchen, dining and living area to host plenty of people. Erin was always quick to respond should we have had any questions. We hope to stay at the house again - our kids are already asking!

Wonderful stay in Newport.

What a wonderful property. It was just like the pictures in the VRBO ad. The views are spectacular, the location is secluded and private, and it's close to everything we wanted to visit; the Lake, shopping, recreation. Our puppy enjoyed the wide, open field for running and exploring. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. We look forward to coming back. And Erin was very accommodating.

Ski weekend

Our weekend with the family was fabulous, house is just as listed and plenty of room for all 9 of us to spread out. The gas fireplace in the family room was a cozy place to warm up after a day on the mountain. Place was very clean and we enjoyed experimenting with the Aga stove. We even got some fresh snow for sleigh riding on the back hill. Would definitely recommend a stay in Newport!

Great Home!

This house was wonderful, and the owner Erin, a dream to work with. We have an almost 4 year old grandson, who was delighted with all the toys and games available. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, inside and out. The only complaint was that the house is a bit more remote than we thought, but that was on us, NOT the house. There is a Shaw's close by where you can get everything you need to make great meals. All in all, a fantastic vacation spot!

Perfect winter getaway

The home is beautiful and cozy. We really enjoyed the amenities, and the sizing and spacing were perfect for our family. Lots of toys and movies and music etc. in addition to the great sledding hill made this an ideal Christmas for all of us. Beautiful and comfortable home

This is such a beautiful and welcoming home! We were traveling with my adult daughters and husbands to attend a funeral in New London and had to book last minute. Erin was so helpful and quick to respond when we could not connect to the wifi. The property is beautiful with gorgeous views of the mountains off the deck. Very quiet but close enough to town for groceries and coffee shops. Such a clean and comfortable home. Would definitely stay again.

Above and beyond all expectations!

My wife and I planned a Thanksgiving stay in New Hampshire to see her family and enjoy the Holiday away from Arizona. We were impressed with the pictures of the Serenity VRBO and booked a 8 night stay. So very glad we did! The check in process was smooth, the country setting and home was above and beyond are grandest hopes and the AGA oven was fun and easy to learn. The host Erin responded instantly to my only need, which turned out to be just a wall switch we must have bumped. The beds were very comfortable, the house nice and warm and the countryside setting was storybook. Cannot say enough about this wonderful home and stay and we have already booked our next trip back!! Thank you Erin for the stay and memories with more to come!

Secluded in woods but near town

Home was warm and cozy, just like the photos on line. Erin’s home was so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Don’t be intimidated by the AGA stove...we did our entire Thanksgiving dinner in it and it comes with cookbook/instructions. Loved the gas fireplace! The location of the house allows quiet time and great sleeping! Plenty of books, videos, etc., to keep everyone happy. Gorgeous views! Would not hesitate to rent again.

A Great Place to Be for Vacation

The Barns at Page Hill Road is an amazing place. Flexible and ample sleeping space, an open kitchen, two (you might say three) indoor living rooms, various locations for quiet reading and a great AGA stove. The views are fantastic, and Claremont, Newport and Lake Sunapee are all only minutes away. Claremont is also a regional "market town" with Home Depot, Market Basket, Walmart, Runners, etc. The best part is that our host was helpful, always ready to provide support and easy to communicate with. I'll give her six stars! Charlie

We are a family taking care of the home. This is our family home still owned by my mom Lori where we (Erin, Renee, and Kirt) grew up. Both my mom and I (Erin) live in Scottsdale, AZ. Lori is an RN who grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Scottsdale in 2012. I am a portrait photographer and with my husband Rob and two little kids. My sister Renee and her husband Randy are physicians who own a winery in Southern Illinois. My brother Kirt is an aspiring actor living in LA. We are all pretty spread out, but love coming back to New Hampshire when we can to get together at our family home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This home was purchased in 1988 after my father finished medical school in Memphis, TN and my parents had decided to return to my mother's home town to be closer to her parents and my father could practice rural medicine. The property is just 1/4 mile down from my grandparents -- a very convenient place to grow up! The house itself is a renovated barn. The original farm house was on top of the hill and the intention was to build another home there again, but after three renovations over 30 years, the barn remains the permanent homesite and we love it.

The Barns of Page Hill is a place of utter tranquility. The views from the western side of the house are spectacular. The home is close enough to all things you'd like to explore in NH -- from skiing and boating to hiking, antiquing and farmers markets, but you feel a million miles away in your own little world when you are here. It is the perfect place to escape a busy life and relax. The home is a great place for any family to come together. It has a great main area for gathering together, but plenty of little spaces to get away and have your own space.
