The Chalet Gaby, House with panoramic view on the lake of Serre Ponçon

The cottage is located at 1200 m altitude in the small village of Saint Apollinaire perched on a bank of the valley of Lake Serre-Ponçon.

Saint Apollinaire is a small town at the gate of the Ecrins Park, halfway between the resort of Réallon (6km), and Lake Serre Ponçon (7 km).
The Chalet is located 2km from the first lake: Lake St Apollinaire.

A very nice cottage to share moments with family

The house is facing south and has a panoramic view of Lake Serre-Poncon and the mountain ranges bordering it.
Slightly away from the village, it enjoys a clear view and is not overlooked.

The house is composed as follows:

A Chalet on 2 levels of 110 m2 including:

• A living room of 45 m2 overlooking a terrace of 40 m2 facing South and South East,
• An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, multifunction oven, raclette fondue, griddle, .....)
• 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (+ 1 baby bed)
• 1 attic room with two single beds
• Upstairs there is also a mezzanine, play area equipped with a sofa bed 2 places.
• 2 toilets
• 1 bathroom with bathtub
• 1 shower room with shower
• The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher TV and DVD player, library, maps and topos hikes

And there is a closed garage that can store all kinds of equipment (skis, windsurfing ...)

Maison très bien située, dans un environnement où règne le calme absolu.La vue est imprenable et la terrasse est particulièrement agréable.La maison est très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour 10 personnes.Tout s’est bien passé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Points positifs : Grand chalet et surrout une superbe vue. Lits confortables. Beaucoup de vaisselle, d'électroménager et de consommable disponibles sur place. Grande table pour plusieurs personnes. Des bd, livres, jeux de société.Proximité du lac de Serre Poncon et des activités nautiques ou autres.Bon échange avec la propriétaire. Quelques points négatifs toutefois : Ce châlet est ancien (et c'est aussi son charme) ; Quelques travaux à faire (porte de placard cuisine manquante, plafond SDB, ...). Le nettoyage est incomplet surtout dans la cuisine. A titre indicatif : Jardin non clôturé, nous avons eu plusieurs fois la visite du chien du voisin (qui était très gentil avec nous).

Belle terrasse avec vue imprenable.Hébergement correct si l’on n’est pas trop regardant sur la propreté. Attention au nombre de couchages annoncés qui ne sont pas forcément tous mis à disposition - je suppose en fonction du nombre de voyageurs-

Hébergement vieux et mal entretenu. J’ai jamais vu une location aussi sale !! On a été obligé de re-nettoyer toutes les salles de bain et sanitaires à la javel tellement c’était sale.Douche bouchée par poils et cheveux !!Poubelles encore pleines de serviettes périodiques et autres…Vaisselle sale. Tout relavé pour pouvoir commencer notre séjour.Par contre bel emplacement avec vue sur le lac.Mais ça ne suffit pas !!!

Tout était parfait, l'accueil, l'endroit, on a bien profité de la cheminée, beaucoup de jeux de société en cas de mauvais temps. Il manquait rien.

Une superbe vue sur le lac de Serre Ponçon

Maison de famille où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Rien ne manque pour faire la cuisine. Une magnifique terrasse pour manger et se détendre avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes. A 10mn de plages sur le lac et de nombreuses randonnées pour tous les goûts. Merci à nos hôtes pour laisser une belle maison à disposition et merci pour l'acceuil chaleureux de Martine.....
