The cottage is a detached house with a warm stone interior completely renovated located in a small square in a relaxing village surrounded by nature its streams and hiking trails.
Description:
Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room. Shower room + WC.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 90 cm bed, shower room and separate WC.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed. 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds
3rd floor: 1 extra bed 90 Reading corner TV + DVD
Basement: bike room, laundry room, washing machine, barbecue.
Provision of folding bed and high chair on request
At 30 meters children's playground, parking, grocery store.
All shops at 12 km.
Sheets and towels can be hired upon reservation.
Tariffs 140 and 160 beds at 10 €, 90 beds at 6 € towels at 5 € / pers. At your disposal and on request high chair and travel cot

A relaxing holiday in beautiful setting

Extremely quiet, beautifully set in the village, with a splendid view. A perfect base to visit the North of Aveyron, which is rich with many beautiful sceneries, both natural and man-made.

Charming, comfortable Gîte in gorgeous village

We loved our stay in Les Hirondelles. Marylène was very welcoming. Everything about the gîte is very comfortable and attractive. We loved sitting outside and eating our meals. We enjoyed hiking in the area, and visited Conques, Rodez, and villages along the Lot. The village is very quiet and small, which we loved. It’s nice to have the epicerie s few steps from the gîte where you can get fresh bread in the morning, and other items like eggs, fresh fruit, pasta vegetables, and milk, etc, though you might want to stock up on groceries before you come. We hope to come again!

Quaint and delightful

A very spacious and excellently appointed house with views over the beautiful countryside. We used Espeyac as a base to visit some of the wonderful towns and villages of the region such as Conques. The house is huge with multiple bathrooms and a small but we'll equipped kitchen and large refrigerator. It has everything you need for a longer stay including a washing machine. On the pilgrim route there is a shop that caters to walkers where you can buy essentials like bread, milk etc as well as wine. The owners were helpful and speak English. The only thing missing was WiFi. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to friends.

Nous sommes passés un excellent séjour en famille dans le gîte des hirondelles avec notre petit garçon de 2 ans, bercés par l'ambiance de l'automne. L'accueil de Marylène et Pierre est de grande qualité et on les sent très attentifs à l'accueil de leurs hôtes. Le gîte est impeccablement propre, bien équipé et bien chauffé, authentique et décoré avec goût. Notre petit garçon a particulièrement apprécié le grenier aménagé en salle de jeu et coin lecture. Le petit village est plein de charme, avec une épicerie ouverte toute l'année et de jolies balades à proximité. Nous serons ravis d'y revenir!

L’accueil des propriétaires donne la couleur pour le séjour : attentionnés, à l’écoute, à l’image de ce magnifique gîte décoré avec goût. Tout y est : calme, équipement et vue. Le village est typique et les randonneurs de St Jacques le traversent avec plaisir. Au programme repos et visites de villages Aveyronnais. Fuyez si vous voulez faire la fête !
