Cottage 8 people and / or 2 Comfort Rooms at the Equestrian Farm (max 12 people)

A recent and modern gîte (1st rental for New Year 2015), with 120m2, and sleeps 8! (Possibility 12 beds with the 2 independent bedrooms!)

An old farmhouse converted for your enjoyment.
You will be surrounded by horses, meadows, cows .... it is the countryside.
And what it goes with .... no shops within walking distance, a few tractors, but no car traffic, birdsong, walks in the great outdoors and animals.

As soon as you arrive, a large terrace welcomes you to spend pleasant moments in the heart of the Equestrian Farm.

A sitting area, sofa, flat screen ... fireplace ... for a warm stay, even in the middle of winter.

Two bedrooms with double bed, equipped with bedside table, bedside table, chest of drawers, armchair. The beds will be made for your arrival.

A mezzanine with 4 single beds, very bright. Baby cot.

A bathroom, cabinet with 2 sinks, 2 showers, 2 WCs, washing machine and tumble dryer.

An open kitchen with a large family table that can accommodate 10 to 12 people.

A modern and fully equipped kitchen.

The Equestrian Farm will offer you or your children various activities ... on horseback of course.
But also swimming pool, trampoline, ball, ...
We welcome children on horseback riding during the summer holidays.
The place remains alive during this period, but with a lot of respect for everyone present on the site.

Prices:
The gîte sleeping 8 is between 400 and 600 euros per week depending on the period.
200 euros for 1 night. 300 euros for 2 nights
400 euros per week outside school holidays
500 euros per week during school holidays
600 euros per week for Christmas and New Years celebrations (no overnight rental for the holidays)

The independent rooms (we have 2)
Access is via the same terrace as the gîte. In each room, Double bed, shower, sink, toilet, TV, fridge, table and chairs.

Without rental of the gîte: 50 euros per night with breakfast, hand towel, soap provided.
With the rental of the gîte: 35 euros per night without breakfast or toiletries. or 150 euros per week

Cottage and rooms: beds made on arrival.

Wir waren 4 Tage über Silvester in diesem Haus, da wir der Silvesterböllerei in Deutschland entgehen wollten. Unsere Hunde haben davor sehr viel Angst. Und es war wirklich ruhig, ohne Böllerei und Feuerwerk.Die Zimmer waren sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung konnten wir wunderbar mit den Hunden spazieren gehen.Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und besorgt. Wir wurden auch sehr liebevoll mit Holz für den Kaminofen versorgt.Probleme gab es mit dem Wlan. Eine Verbindung war nicht möglich.Erwähnenswert ist noch die Wendeltreppe in das Obergeschoss: Für kleine Kinder oder ältere Personen ist die Benützung der Treppe ein Abenteuer und auch gefährlich. Noch ein Tipp: Im Bad könnte man noch einige Haken anbringen.

Rustig maar het terras was een ramp, de geur van de paarden was niet te doen en overal massa's vliegen. Het weer was super maar het zwembad was vies en vuil en het leek of je daar niet welkom was, aan het zwembad. De stoelen rond het zwembad waren ook vies en vuil. De trap was levensgevaarlijk en een kapotte zetel. Wij waren met 4 en ik vraag mij af hoe je daar kan verblijven met 8.

Merci à Sabrina et Romain. Nous avons passé des supers vacances plongés dans la nature et entourées des chevaux . N hésitez pas à aller voir la fromagerie juste à côté. Un vrai régal. Nos enfants de 8-11 ans avaient du mal à quitter cet endroit.

Aufenthalt September 2022

Wir haben im September dreizehn Tage als Großfamilie auf diesem Reiterhof verbracht, mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern. Dass uns kurz vor unserer Ankunft mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir nur 13 statt der gebuchten 14 Tage bleiben könnten, war unglücklich, wäre aber freundschaftlich zu regeln gewesen. Eine Erstattung der bezahlten Nacht erfolgte auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Leider hat die Unterkunft auch ihre sonstigen Versprechungen größtenteils nicht eingehalten. Allen voran die Beschäftigung mit Pferden – unsere Kinder durften ein einziges Mal zu Pferd spazierengehen, und nach vielfacher Nachfrage ein weiteres Mal für eine halbe Stunde mit dem Sohn der Gastgeber, der außergewöhnlich freundlich und bemüht war, erste Voltigierversuche machen. Dabei blieb es leider – der versprochene Reitunterricht, weitere Ausritte oder auch nur eine Teilnahme am Alltag auf dem Reiterhof, wurde den Kindern verwehrt, obwohl der normale Reitbetrieb mit vielen externen Kindern jeden Tag stattfand. Da dies der entscheidende Grund war, diese Unterkunft zu buchen, war die Enttäuschung natürlich riesengroß. Außerdem muss erwähnt werden, dass die Beschreibung der Unterkunft eine Größe suggeriert, die so nicht zutrifft. Die Küche im EG und das Badezimmer sind groß und angemessen ausgestattet, auch wenn in der Küche nur sehr wenige verwendbare Kochutensilien zu finden waren, aber damit kamen wir zurecht. Im Haupthaus liegt im Erdgeschoss ein echtes Doppelschlafzimmer. Auf der Hochebene, die nur für kleinere Kinder unter 1,50m bequem erreichbar ist, befinden sich weitere drei Kinderbetten sowie ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Treppe ist für Erwachsene nur kriechend passierbar, im oberen Bereich ist dann an einigen wenigen Stellen aufrecht stehen möglich. Eines der Kinderbetten hatte einen defekten Lattenrost, dessen Reparatur versprochen aber nicht erledigt wurde – das Bett war so nur für das kleinste Kind nutzbar, allerdings unter erheblichen Komforteinschränkungen. Zu Acht war eine Unterbringung hier nur denkbar, da wir einen der zusätzlichen Schlafräume gebucht haben. Zu guter Letzt muss der Pool erwähnt werden, der stark verschmutzt war und auch nach Reinigung des Filters blieb. Das haben wir so bisher noch nirgendwo erlebt.
