Renovated and tastefully decorated apartment of 35 m2 in a house (3 apartments in total) composed of two bedrooms each with a double bed (beds made on arrival). The living room has a table with 6 chairs, 1 sofa bed for 2 people. TV. Equipped American kitchen (fridge, hob, extractor hood, senséo coffee machine, dishes, washing machine, iron). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (hairdryer). Wooden terrace with a lounge with 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs, 1 parasol, a charcoal barbecue. Enclosed grounds shared with 2 other rentals
Very quiet location AND close to bike paths, city center AND port
Bed linen, 2 bath sheets, 2 towels, 2 tea towels provided.
Deposit of 250 € (to be paid on arrival) maximum return 15 days after the stay.

Location très agréable.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 2 enfants. La location est très fonctionnelle et dans un quartier calme. Très bien située car proche du centre et de la plage. Propriétaires très agréables.
