About this property

A studio within the duplex where we live. While simple we provide all the basics. You will have everything you need to cook, sleep and shower. We offer a full size bed and 2 hamacas. We will provide linens, cooking utensils (and the basics oil, salt, pepper) also some coffee, coffemate, sugar, coffeemaker, and filters. And purified drinking water (in the freezer you have 4 ice trays). Fans are available, but rarely needed when sleeping in an hamaca. We offer a shared laundry facility, it is old school. Laundry basin and clothes line, the the coastal breeze and the sun dry things rather quickly. We suggest that you bring groceries, food or drink as our tiny town doesn't offer are supplies in telchac puerto, about a 10minute drive away. We have parking in the back and your front entrance is wonderfully shaded by an almendro tree. We have a coal burning grill that can use and can get coal in town for about $25pesos a bag.
