Artistically decorated beachfront Villa offers 2 studios with their own WC/shower & kitchen for relaxing holidays - on this unspoilt bay - that combine sea & mountain - close to all local amenities. The Villa is literally located a few meters from the most stunning sea of whole Attica region!!!

Studio - £100 per night based on two adults
Maisonette - £120 per night based on two adults

Psatha Villa is an ideal destination for couples or group of friends as it offers a range of options and local activities.

You can enjoy stunning views of the bay and for those who are more adventurous paragliding and climbing is another option.

Psatha region has a vast choice of beaches with crystal clear waters and sheltered bays that provide opportunities for swimming and relaxing under the Grecian sun.

- Kithaironas mountain is the most popular place for paragliding in Greece which provides views of Psatha, Porto Germeno (which is a beach resort) on one side and Plataies on the other side (which is an ancient town at north of Kithairona near Asopos river where the most significant battle took place in 479 b.c. between the Greeks and the Persians with an overwhelming victory of the Greeks).
- Straying from the beaten truck of Psatha can lead you up the mountain covered with pine trees and beautiful slopes for mountain biking and climbing or simply just for walking. Continuing further up the road takes you to another ideal place for paragliding called Kantili.
- After a long day there is a choice of traditional tavernas where you can enjoy the sunset with a variety of fresh sea food and local wine.

- Athens is very close. Many of the major historic sites like Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum could be visited. Plaka the old town of Athens under the Acropolis is excellent night life choice.
- Piraeus Port is even closer and by catching the ferry, many beautiful islands could be visited for either daily excursions or longer.(Hydra, Aegina, Agistri, Spetses, Paros, Mykonos, Santorini etc.)

Right on the beach

We were both really happy with Sofias place. It was like a nice one bed studio in a compound right on the beach. Small kitchen area, fridge, bathroom, clean homely. We planned to stay a few nights then move on but ended up staying the whole week. Sofia was really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, ausgezeichnete Lage der Anlage in einer sauberen Kieselstrandbucht. Das Haus ist von einem schönen Garten umgeben, allerdings ist die Maisonette sehr klein, die Dusche sehr eng, die Wendeltreppe zum Schlafzimmer ist ebenso sehr eng und unbequem zum hochsteigen. Das Mobiliar ist in die jahre gekommen. Sehr nette Tavernas in der Umgebung, das Meer sehr sauber. Zusammenfassend für eine Woche Erholungsurlaub sicher zu empfehlen.

un havre de paix / What a peaceful place

Séjour merveilleux. Un calme étonnant, malgré les bars et restaurants à proximité. Pas de touriste sur la plage ! que des grecs le week-end et presque personne en semaine ! un paysage magnifique ! des propriétaires charmantes. On regrettera seulement la douche très petite. Confort rustique (pas de lave linge) mais décoration charmante et climatisation très appréciée. Seulement à une heure d'Athènes. Les routes sont très belles. Wonderful stay, surprisingly calm in spite of numerous bars and restaurants on the beach. No tourists on the beach, only Greeks on week ends and almost nobody on the beach during the week ! wonderful landscape ! Lovely owners. We only regret the very small shower. Rustic confort (no washing machine for ex), but lovely decoration and air conditioning very much appreciated. Only a 1 hour drive from Athens. Very good road network.

Sehr gastfreundlich und wirklich direkt am Strand!

Auch Ende Oktober toll! An Sonnentagen kann man noch baden. Ansonsten kann in den umliegenden Bergen herrlich gewandert werden.

A peaceful idyll on a perfect beach!

Sofia was a wonderful host - helpful, warm and generous. This is an enchanting, individual property next to (30 yards away!) the most beautiful beach with the best swimming we've found anywhere - crystal clear waters set in spectacular scenery and so peaceful. (Soft shingle which shelves away quickly so not so good for the very young) And the sunsets over the Gulf of Corinth are stunning. All very relaxing. Only two small criticisms - the beds were very hard and the cooking facilities very basic ( but the Cavo Doro 100 yards up the beach served good food in huge portions at a reasonable price) Psatha is only an hour and a half drive from Athens yet feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of the better known tourist spots. We will return - loved it!

Excellent !!! Sofiya's studio is a peaceful, clean and welcoming place with wonderful location.

We are a family with 4 children (8,6,4,1) and we looked for a place to spend a week in Greece. We searched for a place to be (very) close to the sea with good sea shore for the kids to play, with an authentic Greece village nearby and especially a place to charge us with good energies. Sofiya's studio is amazing. The facility is welcoming, clean, well maintained, with good energies, modestly decorated and equipped. Sofia herself is welcoming, positive and energetic. She helped us in many ways including recommendations for nearby tours. The sea shore is 50 meters from the gate and what a sea shore !!!! the water are crystal clear, the shore is made of small, colorful, rounded stones with low angle slope to the water and it's about 2000 meter length! During the week the sea is all yours, you can find yourself as the only person on the beach! and during the weekend you can enjoy the warm (but not too crowded) company of the Greece peoples. We made 50% of our meals in the equipped (yet modest) kitchen and enjoyed the rest of the meals in the Tabernas of Psasha where you can find fresh and diverse food. There is a mini-market about 200 meters from the studio where you can buy variety of products but if you intend to cook yourself it's recommended to visit AB at Megara . There is a Bakery in Alepachory which makes great bread and sweets. We enjoyed our vacation very much and we recommend Sofiya's studio wholeheartedly. Sincerely. Amit, Yishai and the kids ..... :-)

Very nice property, right on the beach.

We would recommend this to anyone in search of accommodation close to the beach. The property is fenced off and has lots of space for activities like badminton etc. Sunbeds readily available for the ones who preferred to lay reading under a tree. The room itself was clean and well kept with all expected amenities, although maybe a bit small to accommodate a family of five where the height of some members are fast approaching 2 meters... The landlady, Sofia, made us feel very welcome during our stay and gave us several good tips on trips and nearby restaurants. The Psatha beach seems to be a popular weekend retreat among Atheneans so it could get quite busy on Saturday and Sunday, but the rest of the week was all peace and quiet. It is quite remarkable to find such a quiet spot within just one hour drive from Athens. Having a car is recommend as the best restaurant in the area is a 15 min. drive away in Kato Alepochori. The local ones in Psatha were average at best. Also, taking a trip to the inland village of Villa is highly recommended as it has lots of restaurants along its cozy pedestrian street. Further pros: Mini market just around the corner covers the daily need for groceries and fresh bread. Any cons? Well, the underwater sealife was surprisingly dull, even for Greece, so snorkling was a bit boring.

Right on the beachfront. Great for total relaxation on a massive garden with pine trees. Wonderful sunset views of the coast from our Villa. Ideally located an hour or so away from Athens and a short trip away from major archaeological sites. Combines both sea and mountain for long walks.
Great for relaxing holidays by the beach due to the accessibility and distance to and from the beach right in front of the property.
Great for romantic getaway or for friends as the location is unspoilt with gorgeous sea views and stunning sunsets and offers a choice of nearby trips to local villages on the coast or up in the mountains.
