En un callejón sin salida tranquilo, a pocos minutos del centro histórico de Burdeos, con acceso directo a la cuenca de Arcachon, a 5 minutos de la estación de tren, con rápido acceso al aeropuerto. Está completamente equipado y decorado con buen gusto.

La villa tiene aire acondicionado, 5 dormitorios y 5 baños, incluyendo 3 dormitorios con vestidor individual R + 1 y una suite principal de 80 m2 R + 2 con terraza / patio privado, jacuzzi y vestidor doble. El quinto dormitorio se encuentra en R + 1 de la casa de la piscina.

La villa tiene una gran sala de estar con cocina totalmente equipada, que se abre a una terraza con vistas a una hermosa piscina climatizada de sal, y una sala de lavandería separada.
El jardín sin vis-à-vis termina con la casa de la piscina con una cocina de verano para el almuerzo cerca de la piscina y una zona de noche / relajación con baño y aseo.

Wonderful property!!Beautiful pool, lovely home inside and out. Everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Very close to a bus stop that took us in daily to explore Bordeaux Old Town.Washer and dryer really came in handy with three small children. The two outdoor seating areas were wonderful. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Gorgeous accommodations near Bordeaux. Swimming pool with multiple sitting areas, outside kitchen, five spacious rooms - such a good place for family or friends gathering. Walking distance to boulangerie, easy to get into town and to train station.

This house is amazing! It has everything you will need for a large group. The pool and second kitchen were perfect for our group and the bedrooms each with their own bath were a plus. I’ve yet to find a house in France with this many amenities - a washer & dryer was a definite plus! I’d definitely recommend this property for any large group - you are a short uber away from everything Bordeaux has to offer.

Beautiful house

Absolutely stunning house, it was a pleasure to stay here, the owners are lovely people who are really helpful, The area is quiet and there's a big supermarket 10 minutes walk away and a lovely bakery 5 minutes walk away,It's a bit further away from Bordeaux centre than we expected but all in all an amazing place.

Beautiful villa and friendly and helpful owners. It’s actually nicer than the photos if that’s possible ! Pool was gorgeous and warm and having the pool bar and eating area was great. We mainly stayed local in the evening and found some great restaurants and the local bakery is fabulous. Only downside is the villa only had 4 sun loungers which we made work but 4 into 10 required daily negotiation! Fortunately not everyone was a sun worshipper

Beautiful house in a peaceful setting

We loved our stay. The house is a perfect size for a large group and all the amenities were perfect. Would recommend renting a car as it is a little off the beaten path. The hosts are lovely, warm people who made us feel at home.

A little oasis in Bègles

This house in Bègles was perfect for our family reunion. The house was spacious and very well designed. The secluded garden with the pool was in much use when the sun came out. Renée and her brother JanJan were very helpful and accommodating hosts.

Perfect location to stay

The hosts are wonderful and easy to communicate with, the house is beautiful, and looks just the pictures. The location is great, close to a lot of bakeries, short walk to the grocery store and very close to downtown Bordeaux. I would highly recommending booking here and would absolutely stay here again. We couldn’t have been happier with everyone. Thank you again for a great home and hosts.

Perfect stay in an amazing place.

This was my second stay at this property and I can confirm it was as good as the first time. The property is amazing, great facilities and well stocked. The kids loved the pool and public transport for getting around Bordeaux was excellent. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Renee offered lifts to the supermarket to help us stock up. Really helpful for the first visit even though supermarket is within walking distance. Thank you Jan Jan/Renee for being super hosts!

Family holiday

Lots of space for 10 adults, loads of gadgets, kitchen equipment, bbq, clean cool pool. Very helpful and all needs/ requests attended to very promptly. took us to supermarket for supplies .We had a lovely visit to Bordeaux and they were a great help to enable this. Would return again 😎

Amazing stay

This property is beautiful and the owners are amazing! There was plenty of room for 4 couples and the outdoor space is an added bonus. Unfortunately the weather was very rainy and chilly so never were able to use the pool. The owners go above and beyond, from going on our first grocery store run, to setting up a dinner with a chef, which introduced us to some traditional French foods. They also provided us with some nice wine and truly wonderful hospitality.

Absolutely stunning

Cannot express how amazing this villa is. Absolutely stunning with every gadget and extra you can imagine. Jan Jan and Renee are incredible hosts and Renee took us to the supermarket on our arrival to collect staples for our stay. Only wish we had stayed for longer. Will definitely be back and for longer next time!

Beautiful home

Sometimes a property doesn’t look like the pictures, but Pictures cannot do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. We got a very friendly personal greeting, and full tour of the property. The home had everything you could possibly need. Short walk to a supermarket and bakery, and easy to Uber into Bordeaux centre. Amazing property and incredibly friendly host. I would recommend it to anyone!

We had a large group for a wedding and needed a place to accommodate 10 people. Joseph's villa was amazing and suited us very well. We had the opportunity to cook a meal for the entire group. which was very successful. They even did some aded things like took us to the store! Nice people and I would go back in a heartbeat!

Family get away, close to a city

The owner is lovely and welcoming. His friend helps to translate and they go the extra mile to help you settle in, for us this included a guided tour and collecting our daughter from the train station. The owner responds to emails and queries quickly and allowed our daighter a later checkout which was much appreciate. The home is stunning and is very well equipped. We spent a lot of time around the pool and using the outdoor kitchen. The buses were easy to get into the city and theres a boulangerie across the road for fresh pastries. This is an excellent property for families or larger groups.

Comfortable house with excellent airconditioning and Wi-Fi, heated pool

We stayed for 2 weeks while on a cycling tour and had a really nice relaxing time. Breakfast by the pool at the pool house end, lunch inside with aircon and dinner at the house end of the pool; breakfast and dinner in the shade at the east and west ends respectively. Jan Jan and his sister Renée welcomed us and Renée kindly picked us up from Intermarché (1 km away) with our first enormous shop. Boulanger Ange (700 metres) worth the extra from the nearby baker as their baguettes were simply superior. The garden/pool area is totally protected from outside noise so is delightfully quiet. A wonyplace to stay.

We stayed at this property last weekend as a group of 9 friends & it was phenomenal! Everything about our stay was incredible. The house is spectacular. It is really spacious, there's every gadget and utensil you could ever need, all of the appliances, BBQ etc. are top of the range. There are plenty of indoor & outdoor seating areas, so it is great for a large group. The pool is stunning, & heated, which was a bonus! The garden is beautiful. It is close to the airport by uber & quick & easy into Bordeaux by bus & uber. There's genuinely absolutely nothing you could fault this property on, except, as one of our group said, the fact that we don't own it! Above all though, the generosity & friendliness of the hosts Renee, Jan Jan & Patrice was exceptional. We were welcomed with 2 bottles of wine & Renee even drove a couple of us to the supermarket to buy essentials & waited while we shopped. Additionally, we rented bikes which couldn't be collected until after we left, & there was no issue with us leaving 9 electric bikes in the property & Renee liaising with the bike owner to arrange collection after we departed. Absolutely above & beyond. We will absolutely be back. Merci beaucoup.
