Casa Stefano n. 2 - spectacular lake view - parking - WIFI free

A delightful apartment of about 60 square meter (about 650 square feet), located on the 1st floor of a small 5-units building. 10 minute walk from the town of Torri del Benaco (Località Pontirola n. 16) and 50 meters from the beach, but in a very quiet area, the apartment enjoys a stunning view of Lake Garda.

The living area, all with lake view, consists of living room and a quite large kitchen which is well equipped.
The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster plate, espresso and filter coffee makers, kettle.
In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV and watch German, English, Danish, Belgian or Russian channels…

The sleeping area consists of 2 rooms, 1 double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot bed and 1 with double single beds.

The bathroom is large with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and washing machine.

The balcony, with view to the lake, features a coffee table, chairs and electric awnings.
Connected to the apartment there is also a beautiful terrace. On the terrace, there is enoguh space to enjoy a meal while obseving the beautifulnes of lake Garda, or to simply sunbathe and relax.

A beach umbrella and one deck chair are provided.

There is also a large private parking for your use!

The apartment is also offering FREE WIFI connection!!!

Exceptional stay at Lake Garda

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property! The host was absolutely fantastic, always responsive and attentive to every need we had, making our experience stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment exceeded all our expectations—it was even more stunning in person! The view of Lake Garda was absolutely breathtaking, with the surrounding scenery providing a serene backdrop for our vacation.Although the drive up to the apartment is narrow, it opens up into a spacious parking area. The location offered both tranquility and convenience, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax and explore this amazing area. Highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Lake Garda—it’s truly a gem!

Supernette Vermieterin. Günstige Ausgangslage, um Gardasee zu erkunden (Fähre ans Westufer). Kindersicherung Cerankochfeld stellt experimentelle Hürde dar. Gastinfomappe sehr gut. In der Ausstattung fehlte Teekanne, für die, die keinen Filterkaffee trinken (von uns spendiert). Benutzung Bettzeug Italienisch und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Haus typisch italienisch: hellhörig. Sentiationeller Seeblick vom Balkon. Ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste. Wenn noch mal Gardasee, dann wieder Casa Stefanus mit Barbara.

Osterferien am Gardasee

Wir haben wunderbare sonnige Tage am Gardasee verbracht. Die Unterkunft war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit, der Blick auf den Gardasee von unserem Balkon war gigantisch. Barbara ist super, herzlich und wunderbar italienisch, aber spricht prima englisch, so dass wir keine Verständigungsprobleme hatten. Ein wahre Freude.

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche bei Barbara zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es bleibt nur anzumerken, dass die Betten für lange Menschen etwas zu kurz sind (Begrenzung bei den Füßen) und das Haus ist relativ hellhörig (für Personen, die empfindlich sind). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wünsche allen weiteren Gäste viel Freude.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, da in zweiter Reihe, aber mit voller Aussicht auf den See, sowie fußläufig zum Städtchen. Vermieter zuvorkommend und in der Wohnung sind vollzähliges Geschirr/Besteck vorhanden, Räume sind ausreichend groß.

Auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick ist genial, der Strand nicht weit weg. Sämtliche Lokale sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt, so konnten wir unseren PKW die ganze Woche auf dem Privatparkplatz stehen lassen. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und die Vermieterin Barbara ist sowieso nicht zu toppen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die tollste Ferienwohnung, in der wir je waren!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett sowie auch hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und spricht sehr gut englisch. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr angenehme Lage, sei es von der Aussicht des Balkons, der kurze Weg zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Die Ausstattung umfasst alles was man so brauchen könnte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder :)
