Ideally located in an exceptional calm and relaxing setting, the Coco K-nelle villa is designed to take full advantage of outdoor life while letting yourself be lulled by the trade winds.
Its large 12m x 4m infinity mirror pool is treated by salt electrolysis, it is flush with the large terrace and the sundeck with a very beautiful sea view framed by lush vegetation.
The living room is welcoming and you will surely want to spend most of your time on the sofa facing the pool and the sea or you will choose, depending on your mood, to find yourself in the shade of the 100m² terrace, a real place to live, sunbathe on the deck or give in to the hammock's invitation for a moment of idleness.
The three bedrooms are air conditioned.
The master bedroom has a 160 cm bed, plenty of storage space, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a second outdoor shower sheltered by claustras.
One of the other two bedrooms has a 160 cm bed, the third has a 140 cm bed, they both have large closets, their en-suite bathrooms and separate toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, blender, blender, citrus press.
The laundry room and its washer / dryer is located on the side of the terrace.
