Pleasant cottage, located in a longhouse adjoining another cottage and near the owners' home, on their farm. 10 km from the beaches of the Emerald Coast, at the gates of the Penthièvre Coast: Erquy and the Medieval City of Dinan. Close to tourist sites: St-Malo, Dinard and Cancale at 30 km. Hiking and mountain biking circuits, not to mention all the heritage of the past which is worth visiting (castles, megaliths, etc.). Sporting activities: kayaking, tennis (Plancoët), fishing, sailing, golf, horse riding (10 mins).

Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room (flat screen) with fitted kitchen area, wc, technical room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed. including 1 bed 160x200. Bathroom with bath, 2 separate toilets. In front, private courtyard and garden of 200 m² and on the back, garden of 70 m² with garden furniture and games for children. Bowls games common to lodgings. Beds made on arrival, towels, kitchen and cleaning products provided.

The cottage is located near the farm.
To the comfort and charm of the place, we must add the personalized welcome, bouquets of flowers, cider, pancakes ... everything is done to make the guests feel right away and your stay is perfect ...
We should add that the location of Plancoët is ideal for all desires for holidays, rest, discovery, family, sea or countryside

A lovely spot and would recommend for a stay

A lovely gite in a lovely location. Very well presented and lots of thought has been put into making sure you have everything you need at hand. The owners are charming and welcoming and very helpful. We enjoyed the welcome cake and some delicious crepes. The pool and games room are perfect for children. There’s a pleasant seating area by the pool. We enjoyed eating outside in the back garden and listening to the sounds of nature.

Fantastic!

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at Tertre Davy . The house was very well equipped and clean. The hosts have clearly spent alot of money, time and thought on making this a lovely home-from -home. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, towels and bathrobes were also provided. Free wifi and a DVD player made our teenager very happy. There were plenty of chairs and loungers to use outside and the pool was amazing. We had exclusive use of this for the entire length of our stay, we could use it for most of the day apart from when it needed to be cleaned. The location was perfect. Being on a farm was not a problem , a very large supermarket was less than 10 mins drive away and there were many beautiful beaches within 30 mins drive. The lanes around the gite were very quiet which meant my husband felt safe enough to go for a run. It would be the same for anyone wanting to use bicycles. Valarie was extremely helpful when we first met her and brought us homemade crepes twice during our stay. The gite was very private and we were not troubled by other holidaymakers or the hosts. Many, many thanks to Valarie and Loic for a fantastic holiday.

Nous avons séjourné pendant la semaine de Noël. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire; quelques produits locaux nous étaient offerts à notre arrivée (cidre, gâteaux bretons et même des huitres sauvages le dimanche soir). Le gite est très confortable (nous étions 4 adultes accompagnés d'un chien et de 3 chats)et surtout très bien équipé en ustensiles de cuisine, couverts, vaisselle etc. Il est situé dans une zone calme.

Le gîte est très agréable et en tout point conforme à la description. Les hôtes sont accueillants, chaleureux et très disponibles. Les petits pépins ont été réglés avec célérité, et nous y avons passé une très belle semaine. Les cadeaux de bienvenue et d’adieu - le far breton, le cidre et les crêpes - étaient un pur délice. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.
