Property description

Isle La Motte Lake Gem! Located on Isle La Motte's west shore fronting beautiful Lake Champlain. Includes more than 750 feet of beach on a private point of land with protected cove. Mountain views, spectacular sunsets. One hour from Burlington, Vermont and just over an hour to Montreal, Quebec.

Please note that 'The Annex' is semi-private. It shares the property with 'The Old Home Place', which is the original 1835 farmhouse that occupied the property. They share no common walls but both have the garage in common where the washer & dryer are located.

Both spaces are ideal for two families.

Island great for cycling and roller blading. A lovely walk or short drive to the fabulous arts program at Fisk Farm on Sundays, or the quarry for hikes any time.

     $200 refundable deposit to reserve
     $100 cleaning fee required
     
Bed linens provided for an additional $25 per bed per week
     $ 50 non-refundable fee per dog, per week

      All rates subject to 9% VT room and meal tax

	$1,275 weekly plus cleaning and tax;   $525 per weekend: weekend rate includes cleaning.
