Phantastische Aussicht

Saubere, schöne, renovierte Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen. Restaurants in der Nähe ( fußläufig). Sehr netter Empfang und problemlose Übergabe. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist stark befahren und vom Balkon aus deutlich zu hören, aber wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Points négatifs : route beaucoup trop passante pour profiter du balcon (on peut vraiment parler de pollution sonore) ; le volet roulant de la chambre en panne au moment de notre séjour et ... qui donne sur le couloir ! ; les photos du site Abritel qui ne correspondent plus à la réalité de la décoration actuelle ; manque de verres à pied digne de ce nom (dommage pour l'apéro !). Points positifs : appartement spacieux et particulièrement lumineux ; une belle vue sur le port ; une insonorisation de qualité (mais nécessaire au regard de la route) ; un super accueil ; d'agréables attentions ; 2 excellentes crèperies à proximité immédiate ; un grand parking gratuit à 200 m. (à droite face à la mer) ; une literie très confortable ; une cuisine certes sans charme mais fonctionnelle

Points positifs : Appartement spacieux, très lumineux, bien agencé. Points négatifs : Appartement excentré par rapport à Perros-Guirec. Une route très fréquentée passe devant l'immeuble, donc impossible de profiter du balcon : trop bruyant Le sac aspirateur (traîneau) était plein à craquer de poussière.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement , lumineux , propre et bien situé (en face du port). Quartier très vivant agréable. Wifi au top ,ascenseur. Balcon sympathique d’où nous avons une très belle vue. Super accueil de Mme Petit . Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement propre et lumineux mais emplacement très bruyant . Beaucoup de passages dans la rue. Très belle vue sur le port. Nous avons écourtez notre séjour d'une semaine. Temps gris et pluvieux. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la plage dommage !! Nous avons été accueilli par une dame très gentille qui nous a bien renseigné sur la région
