All comfort available: TV, in a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 5 bikes, WIFI, large veranda, garden furniture, sun beds, BBQ, hot water pump for private swimming pool (8 to 4 meters); The sleeping rooms have a double bed in a room and two single beds in the other two rooms. There is air conditioning in every room (also in the living room). This air conditioning can also be used as a heater.

Lovely stay

I enjoyed my stay in the casa. Close to the beach and very well looked after.The house is in winter quite cold (but there are aircons that you can use as heaters for living and I brought an extra heater for the bathroom. But no parking on the block and no garage.

Lovely property

A lovely cared for home. Well equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean. Excellent location for town and beach. Only a few minutes flat walk away. The property owner was quick to respond to any of our questions. The pool looked very nice but we didn't use it as our stay was in Feb and it was too cold. L'escala is a lovely town although very quiet out of season. Not a great deal open until April which suited us but may not suit some.

Herbstferien in l‘Escala

Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, das Haus liegt trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Haus hat allen unseren Ansprüchen entsprochen und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Bonita casa, en muy buena zona. Tranquilidad, pero muy cerca de la playa y los servicios. Con muchos detalles dentro y fuera de la casa. La recomiendo para poder desconectar del día a día y pasar unos días tranquilos en una zona muy bonita de la costa brava.

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Aufenthalt benötigt. Im Winter sollte man allerdings zwei Heizlüfter für die Bäder mitnehmen, weil es dort sonst zu kühl ist. Die Beheizung über die Klimageräte ist aufgrund des ständigen Luftzuges vielleicht auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Naturpark, in dem man sehr schön Wandern kann. Die Lage ist für viele Ausflüge ideal. Viele kleine Dörfer und Städte bis hin zu Girona und Barcelona. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und beantwortet alle Fragen sofort. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Bäder modern und sehr sauber.Betten sehr bequem. Pool ist top und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrmals gesäubert.Lage ist schön ruhig ,aber nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum und vom Strand entfernt.Kontakt mit Vermieter war super.Bei Fragen bekamen wir super schnell eine Antwort.Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Diese Haus kann man nur empfehlen.Tolle und ruhige Lage, alles leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.Gute Ausstattung, in e Minuten am Meer und der Promenade. Schöner, großer Pool, welcher auch beheizt werden kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Maison très agréable et spacieuse, tout équipée seul petit bémol avec des enfants c'est qu'il n'y a aucune chaîne de télévision en français sauf des chaînes d'infos. Malgré cela je recommande cet hôte et sa maison.

Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in Top-Lage, ideal für Familien mit Kind(ern).

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse, umgeben von anderen Ferienhäusern, auf einem komplett abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Den Hauptstrand von Riells erreicht man zu Fuß in fünf gemütlichen Gehminuten, auch zahlreiche Geschäfte (Bäcker, Obst-/Gemüseladen, Spar-Supermarkt) sowie etliche Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hübsch, nicht mehr ganz neu aber innen trotzdem sehr modern ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass der Besitzer hier seit vielen Jahren gerne seinen Urlaub verbringt. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet (was das betrifft bin ich anspruchsvoll,und hier habe ich wirklich sehr gut geschlafen), es gibt überall Einbauschränke mit reichlich Stauraum. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man irgendwie brauchen könnte, u.a. verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen und sogar ein elektrischer Entsafter. Der große Kühlschrank wird unglaublich kalt, man sollte darauf achten, ihn am Anfang nicht zu hoch einzustellen (Stufe 2 reicht völlig) weil sonst auch der normale Kühlbereich Minusgrade erzeugt (ein großes getrenntes Eisfach gibt es zusäzlich). Auch der Wohnbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt ein sehr bequemes Sofa und passende Sessel, TV mit Sat-Empfang und eine Mini-Stereoanlage sowie Klimaanlage Der Wintergarten bietet einen großen Tisch mit bequemen Stühlen und eignet sich, gerade bei etwas kühlerem Wetter, perfekt als Essplatz. Der Außenbereich ist fast komplett gefliest und nur auf einer Seite von einem kleinen Beet mit Hecke umgeben, was uns sehr entgegen kam, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten, der so keinen Dreck ins Haus bringen konnte. Auch ein Auto lässt sich gut auf der großen Terrasse direkt neben dem Haus abstellen, für ein zweites Auto wäre bei Bedarf eine Abstellmöglichkeit ca. 50m entfernt. In der Garage finden sich reichlich Utensilien und Geräte für den Außenbereich, u.a. Sonnenliegen mit Auflagen, Sonnenschirme, sowie die Pooltechnik und der Warmwasserboiler für das Haus. Der Pool war im April leider noch nicht nutzbar, macht aber von außen einen sehr guten Eindruck (sehr groß). Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus und ein gelungener Urlaub, ich kann dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Ach ja, fast hätte ich den Vermieter vergessen: dieser ist wirklich sehr nett und der Kontakt schnell und unkompliziert, auch in dieser Hinsicht eine große Empfehlung von mir.
