Villa and Bungalow in a residential area

Housing complex located in Dampierre in a residential area of Gosier. Ideal to accommodate a group during the event of the rum route.

The price of the night is 40 € / person.

Our residence offers 2 types of accommodation which allows us to offer a capacity of 14 people.

Our villa which can accommodate up to 8 people:

It consists of 3 bedrooms, one with one with a private bathroom, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, 2 mezzanines that can each accommodate 1 bed, a dressing room, a living room with cable TV, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a central island open to the dining room and the veranda.

Almost all of the rooms in this house give you direct access to the semi terrace (Website hidden by Airbnb) of an infinity pool to cool off, a jacuzzi overlooking the sea and a large barbecue for convivial meals .

Note that the suite with a bathroom has a kitchen and private access.

Our bungalow which can accommodate 6 people:

on two levels, including 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony offering a view of the garden, a bathroom and a toilet on the upper level, then a 3rd bedroom in a garden raid with a toilet, a shower cabin, and an outdoor kitchen.

You will find a terrace with a dining area covered by a large carbet in the garden.

Note that the bungalow also has private access. And it has 2 outdoor baths at room temperature, one on the upper level and a second in a garden raid on the deck of the large terrace.

A concierge service will be at your service throughout your stay. If you wish, we can also provide you with a cleaning lady and a chef at home during your entire stay or even partially depending on your needs.

By renting our accommodation, you will be close to entertainment and boats, while enjoying optimal comfort since our rental is fully equipped (washing machines, dryers ...). You will have access to the internet, cable TV and we will put everything necessary for the smooth running of your stay (towels and beach towel ...).
