Appartement fonctionnel et idéalement situé

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours courant juillet dans cet appartement (premier étage) situé à quelques minutes à pied ou en vélo du centre du cap ferret , de son marché , du bassin et de l'océan . Cette situation idéale est remarquable . L'appartement est très soigné et relativement spacieux (idéal pour 4 personnes). La résidence est très calme .Deux légers bémols : le local poubelle se trouve sous une chambre et malgré la porte fermée , l'odeur , selon le vent , peut parfois être désagréable mais rien de grave. Il serait sans doute utile que la copropriété se saisisse de cette question. De même , l'appartement situé coté rue /parking ne comprends qu'un très étroit balcon et une vue limitée sur la propriété voisine . Il s'agit en tous cas d'une location de vacances à recommander (rare au cap ferret).
