Maria Beach House is a charming, spacious, luminous, west-facing, 105 sqm apartment that occupies the entire garden level of the Villa, in a garden of succulents, cacti and Mediterranean plants. It is an autonomous house, with its own independent entrance and outside spacious reed-shaded sitting area, offering a unique “on-the-sea”, feet –in-the-water vacation experience and a high level of privacy, a reason why it remains a favorite among our seasoned guests.
