Located 750 m above sea level, in an old geranium and vetiver area, the path of the barriers where the Bel'air Farm is located crosses some ravines and runs along cane fields.

It is the ideal starting point for Maïdo.

Located near the house, the guest rooms offer a superb view from Cap la Houssaye to the possession and up to the foothills of the Mountain.
