Living room / sleeping area of 25 m2: TV, wi-fi, bench seat (sleeping 1 person), dining area, office space, 140 cm bed, dressing room.
Equipped kitchen 10 m2: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee pod machine
Towels and bed linen provided. (bath towels are not included)
Included in weekly rentals: starter kit for dishwasher and coffee maker + 1 weekly access to the washing machine of the house.
Small private terrace area with table and chairs, parking space on the property. Secure swimming pool with shelter, chairs and deckchairs. The floor is occupied by the owners.
Located 4 km from the mechanical pole, 7 km from Alès, this apartment will be an ideal base for exploring our beautiful region: Anduze, Pont du Gard, Uzès, Nimes.
Peaceful place, rocked by the song of birds. Festive evenings are not allowed.

Appartement agréable et très propre. Sonia était disponible quand on avait besoin et tout était fait pour que notre séjour se passe très bien. Personne aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Piscine, espace extérieur pour manger, calme.

Nous avons très bien accueillies ma fille et moi. Très arrangeant au niveau horaires. L'appartement est très joliment décoré et aménagé. La piscine est très agréable. Un très bon WE au calme.
