If you want to relax in a very spacious and luxurious villa, located in the middle of a secluded plot of 4,800 m² length, with complete privacy, enjoyable pool offering both reverse swimming and Jacuzzi options, beautiful and unimpeded view of the sea, endless grass lawn and gardens, 5 minutes drive from the beach and the facilities of the summer resort Artemida, but so close to the center of ATHENS (only 20 min by car or 30 min by attiko metro), 7 km away from the AIRPORT, 5 minutes from METROPOLITAN exhibition center and 8,5 km away from Rafina PORT (from which you can catch a boat and visit the beautiful Greek islands), villa Abelos is the best choice for you and your family.

Villa Abelos a newly built detached luxury villa is located in the coastal town Artemida in the East Attica, is just 5 minute drive from the beach.

Due to its location provides easy access to Athens airport, to the port of Rafina and to Athens City.

Fully furnished and decorated is also equipped with all modern amenities, aiming to offer comfortable holiday in style.

The luxurious villa is the ideal accommodation for couples or families for relaxing holiday away from it all and only 30 minutes drive from Athens center.

The villa offers 280 sqm of living areas and it is built in a secluded plot of 4800 sqm with beautiful sea view, in a three level maisonette.

Villa Abelos can host 8 guests very comfortable.

OUTSIDE spacious paved area with private swimming pool (4.5m x 9.0m with Jacuzzi and reverse swimming), grass lawn, shower, toilet and large kiosk with barbecue, kitchen and dining.

Gardens with many varieties of herbs and colourful Mediterranean flowers, grass lawn, trees, shrubs, cactus and the family's vineyard.

In the FIRST FLOOR you will find one master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a very spacious living room with dining area and fire place, separate kitchen with dining area, storage room and one bedroom with a bunk bed.

A comfortable staircase and an elevator is leading to the SECOND FLOOR, where you will find the main master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, one large double bedroom, one with twin beds, full bathroom with jacuzzi and a storage room.

From the living area and the kitchen through large openings direct access to spacious veranda, fully furnished to enable you to dine outside. The three bedrooms in the second floor have direct access in large private verandas with comfortable furniture.

Beautiful, very clean & spacious home with everything you may need! The views are spectacular and the location was very convenient yet quiet. Christina was an amazing host. We are very grateful to have found such a lovely home & such a gracious host. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home and Location!!

What an amazing experience. From the booking process and communication with the hosts, I don’t know where to start. The home was immaculate and had everything you could think of to make the stay great. Home was super spacious and the grounds were well maintained. The pool was great and even had night lights so we could all end the day there. the bedrooms and closet space were amazing. Christina and her husband were such great hosts. Entire experience was 10/10. Location was secluded so very private but was also very convenient to get to the local beaches, water parks, etc. Would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to come back. Entire family and friends enjoyed our stay.

We have had a fantastic time at the villa. It was very clean, brilliantly equipped and the owners were so helpful. They cooked for us, supplied extra equipment for the baby and were always there to help us with whatever we needed. I could not rate this property more highly. Best place we have ever stayed. A wonderful place to stay

We were made to feel very welcome by Christina and Nick, they maintain a wonderful Villa with amazing outside space. We were treated to home cooked meals eaten in the shaded gardens. Inside the Villa we found all we needed to enjoy a 10 day stay, the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of equipment, crockery and cutlery. All the main bedrooms have balconies affording views over the sea and to the islands beyond. We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa, we thoroughly enjoyed out stay and thank Christina and Nick for their hosting.

A little bit of Greek paradise

The villa Abelos is a wonderful place to stay, being extremely peaceful and relaxing, it is entirely able to meet the demands of a family of 10. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained and amply equiped, the garden was groomed to perfection as was the pool. It is hosted by the extremely attentive Christina, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her, without being intrusive into our space. A wonderful beach, taverna and shops are within a short car drive. We had a truly superb vacation and would not hesitate to return, Our thanks go to Christiana and Nikos

Delightful villa, stunning views, wonderful hosts!

If you are considering staying at Villa Abelos, don’t hesitate as you definitely won’t be disappointed! It exceeded all our expectations. Everything you need is here and more. It’s spacious, modern and thoughtfully designed, numerous terraces and a very welcoming pool with beautiful views and all extremely private. We are a family of 8 who enjoyed every moment of our time here. It’s well located for beautiful beaches, day trips to Athens and fantastic restaurants where you can eat freshly caught fish at a table on the beach. We heartily recommend the beach and restaurant at Albatross for a day out with lunch. The owners, Christina and Nikos went out of their way to make our stay truly special. From gifts of eggs from their chickens, peaches from their trees and home made wine from their vineyard to excellent advice and recommendations, arranging taxis and even taking the time to cook us a Greek meal of fresh prawns with ouzo and Greek salad, a recipe I will treasure. My daughter celebrated her birthday whilst we were there and Christina managed to find her an ice cream cake (she is coeliac), such a caring touch! Thank you to such lovely people for a wonderful holiday and fantastic, happy memories, we definitely hope to return one day.

Fantastic holiday

From the moment of first enquiry Christina could not have been more helpful. This continued throughout our stay right up to returning to the airport. The villa was lovely with everything you could possibly need. The location was great. Lovely view and a breeze all the time making the temperature bearable to sit round the pool. We were only a 5/10 minute drive from the beach and a supermarket just down the road. Christina recommended a restaurant and booked us a table. She booked us a taxi too. Each time she did this we received the best service. The inside of the villa was spacious with loads of seating areas so great for larger groups (there were 9 of us). The outside area had room on the grass for games. Plenty of room around the pool and an amazing undercover outside space for escaping to the shade or for a bbq in the evening. With its own kitchen and toilet. All in all a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with an amazing host. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Great house, great hospitality

We had a very nice stay in this villa. Communication with Christina was very good, from the beginning untill the end. The house is very spacious, clean, cosy. Everything you need is there. Christina will do everything to make your stay unforgettable. She lives in a private part of the house with her husband, when guests are staying in the house. But she respects your privacy. She is available to you for everything. She picks you up at the airport, makes fresh greek food, gives you fresh eggs from their own chickens, fruits from the garden etc. At night she put on candles around the gardenhouse, even let them float in the swimmingpool, which made the garden look beautiful. The outdoor area is lovely. We used the bbq one night, but it's also a good place to just relax, have lunch, cuddle with the two friendly dogs (who Christina owns and you can choose if you want them around or not). Our girls loved them, and we didin't mind so they were our furry friends for the week. Artemida is a nice village. There's a good bakery nearby, (from which Christina got us cheesecake and other pasteries when we arrived). The boulevard is nice for diner, lots of restaurants. There are nice beachbars that have their own sunbeds and umbrella's where you don't pay for the chairs but are expected to get something to drink or eat. That's what we did. Had a nice clubsandwich, cocktail, soft drinks. A lovely afternoon at the beach. From the villa we went to the Acropolis Athens. It was about a 40 minute drive. If you like a luxurious, cosy house with a nice garden and swimmingpool managed by a very helpfull, kind, caring host who is always available to you...choose this villa!

Amazing villa, excellent host!

We planned a vacation for our family, which is my boyfriend, myself, and our three young adult children and two of their partners. We also brought our two twin grandchildren (almost 2 years old). Cristina organized two cribs for the boys, and welcomed us with lunch and drinks. The whole stay we received treats, eggs, wine...we were feeling the whole VIP vibe. The location is close to the beach, to the airport, and about 35 min drive to Athens. It's a beautiful house with swimming pool, outside terrace, BBQ grill... Everything was super clean, modern, and we couldn't stop saying how beautiful this house is. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with large families or friends. Thank you, Cristina for making our vacation so memorable.

Very nice real home for my family

Very nice home for my family for one week. We spend my 70 years birthday . Rooms are so nicely decorated. Spacy livingroom and nice big diningtables inside . Beatiful terrasses and a big swimingpool. Our hoste Christina vas extremely helpful vith carrenting and restaurantreserving, and we could call her for any matter we needed. She even made a fantastique diner. I can recommend her beautiful house.

Stunning villa with a beautiful pool

Our family have just returned from a fabulous 10 days at Villa Abelos. We were celebrating my parents 40th wedding anniversary so we wanted something special and we found it! From the moment we booked the email communication with Christina was prompt and helpful. She arranged for a taxi to be waiting for us at the airport and was there to greet us at the villa when we arrived. The villa is stunning. Immaculately clean, very stylish and we immediately felt at home. Beautiful big beds with crisp linen and soft towels. Christina strikes a very good balance of being very helpful but not at all intrusive. She really does want to ensure you have a wonderful stay and get the best out of your stay. The pool area has something for everyone whether that be full sun or shade. The pool isn’t chlorinated and our swim wear and Hair definitely benefited from this. We spent most of our days lounging under the seperate shaded dining/bbq area. We took two small children and the facilities were excellent. Christina even offered a stroller for us to use. A very special holiday which allowed relaxation and quality family time. We would go back definitely

Absolutely Fabulous

We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Villa Abelos. It is a truly stunning house with everything you could ask for within it. The swimming pool/area is fantastic. The hosts Christina and Nik are absolutely fabulous, they are the the kindest people and will do anything to ensure you have a great holiday. Christina cooked us the best food we have had for a long time, far superior to the restaurants nearby! They gave us eggs, nectarines, grapes, figs, homemade olive oil and wine...I could go on and on but go to Villa Abelos and see for yourself. Nothing is too much trouble for Christina, such a lovely lady. The villa is located about a ten minute drive to the Athens metro, so it was easy to travel into Athens, which I highly recommend, a beautiful city. The beach and a few restaurants are a five minute drive away but we preferred to cook/eat at the villa. Christina, kindly, took us to the supermarket several times. All in all a truly lovely family holiday. Thank you Christina and Nik.

Amazing villa and Host!

We have been holidaying in villas with pools for 20 years and this beautiful villa on the outskirts of Athens is now our favourite. Villa Abelos has all the things you would expect for a rental of this price. Beautiful pool, a view of the sea, close to the beach, great surrounding amenities and easy access to Athens. But it was the things you did not expect that made our stay very special. Terrace dining for breakfast and a different one for dinner. Cooking utensils and appliances that made our well stocked kitchen at home look sparse. A pool barbecue area with a separate fully functioning kitchen attached. Furnishings and decorating that were truly beautiful. So much space that 7 people could live together and yet have their own privacy. I could go on, but the best thing is to come and see for yourself. But the true magic was Christina herself. A wonderful host to whom we are so grateful for letting us rent her amazing home. A personal greeting at 4am when we arrived severely delayed, emergency grocery shopping so we were stocked up when we woke next morning. Booking super restaurants in the local area and Athens and joining us with her husband Nik for our Barbecue with some amazing Greek cuisine. We were genuinely sad to leave but even more excited to return. A very special place, thank you Christina Garry, Lou, Lucy, Mary, Callum, June & Dave

Perfect place!

This villa is exceptional. It is everything that you see in the pics but so very much more. Everything you could possibly need is here including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, outside spaces and views. By itself, this villa is a 10 out of 10! But, the villa is not what you will take away from here... Christina (the owner) makes this place a vacation you will never forget. She dedicates herself to your stay. When we arrived she had purchased local things for the kitchen so that we could get a taste of Greece from the beginning. She helped us figure out the day trips that would be most interesting for our group. She even delivered fresh eggs from her hens for morning breakfast! She was always available to help interpret the language and help us arrange transportation. In fact, the local cab company even knows her house by her name so she made sure that our phone could call them and then we just told them that we needed a ride to “Christina’s house”! This place is the “real deal”. If you are coming to Greece (especially if you have never been before), you don’t need to be left on your own to figure things out alone. Book here and be assured that you will have an expert local (but I prefer to call her a good friend) to help with anything and everything. By the time we left we were sad to be leaving our friend, Christina. You will be too. I can’t imagine that you could find anyplace that would equal this experience in Greece.

Amazing villa, great host!

The villa was very spacious, extremely well decorated with everything you would want in a home away from home and some more. The pool and the gardens are awesome. Christina made us feel so welcome and it felt like we have known Christina for a long time. The location is a little out of the way from Athens centre, but it is in a quaint and picturesque location - ideal for spending quality time with the family. We travelled with 2 teenage children and our parents. There was plenty of room for everyone. Ideally you need a car to make is easier to get around. But the taxi service recommended by Christina was really good (Taxi Galaxy). Whilst a little expensive, they were very reliable and provided door to door service. Overall, an awesome holiday and I would definitely recommend the villa. Thank you so much Christina for all your hospitality.

Wonderfully built villa with well-appointed and high standard specification

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Christina and Nick's villa. Completely comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The villa has suitable indoor and outdoor facilities, but most importantly is hosted by one of the most caring and attentive hosts that we have come across. Thanks Christina and Nick!

Couldn't ask for more!

Everything was perfect. Christina met us at the car rental & we followed her to her beautiful villa that was more than we expected. Not only was her villa beautiful but Christina was incredibly kind. We called her for everything & anything. Whether it was to simply order some food to the house, find a close by meat store for our BBQs or even when we got lost at 1am and didn't know our way back, we called Christina & she came to us & helped us get back to th villa. We took a 3 day trip to Mykonos & she was kind enough to let us leave all our luggage at the villa.. for 8 people that's a big deal! I highly highly recommend staying here. Christina, thank you so much for everything! We can't wait to hopefully come back to see you! We love you!!!

We are two families from Germany who have spent 11 days in Christina's villa. The house leaves nothing to be wished for; it is even nicer than it already looks on the pictures. We have spent our holidays in various houses in South Europe in recent years. Now it will be hard for us to find something that can keep up with the experience. Very spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished and decorated, air condition and mosquito screens in every single room (even in the outdoor bathroom and kitchen), fresh fruit and eggs from the garden (you are expected to go and help yourself to them anytime). Multiple terraces to choose from, a vast pool area equipped with numerous sunbeds, chairs, towels (which she is happy to let you take to the beach, too), even inflatable toys for the kids. Staple foods waiting for you in the fridges and cupboards - and as we arrived on a public holiday, Christina even offered for us to give her a shopping list in advance so she could do some individual grocery shopping for us. We could do without that service as she also produced ample advice for us on where to get the best restaurant food. She picked us up from the airport/car rental, which turned out to be very convenient as we had slightly underestimated the boot space in our rented cars. Christina is the perfect hostess; invisible when you want your privacy but instantly available whenever you need her for any kind of advice or help, and happy to entertain. She will go to any lengths to make everybody happy. We wholeheartedly recommend the place. Thank you and all the best to you, Christina.

This Villa sets the bar!

I was a bit hesitant about not staying at a place on the beach, but who needs sand up your swimsuit when you have a view of the sea and your very own pool?! This home is a 5 star resort in itself. For us, this villa was a tranquil oasis during the day and our very own social scene in the evening (the pool has its own flashing lights!). It was a vacation I won’t quickly forget about and every future villa rented will be compared to this one. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. The villa is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need or want. Our host, Christina, made our stay a dream. She coordinated transportation through Galaxy Taxi, so whenever we decided to go to town, we had reliable and cheap transportation. Christina even arranged for us to have a home cooked authentic Greek dinner and belly dancing entertainment. Her kindness and generosity knows no bounds. Thank you, Christina! You’re a gem!

Living like the rich and famous!

The villa was stunning, 8 of us were more than comfortable in the house but we mostly used the pool area and outdoor kitchen space as the weather was absolutely perfect! Christina and Nic were excellent hosts. Christina has connections with everyone in town and we had a lovely dinner on the beach, a belly dancing lesson poolside, a chef bring in dinner for us and taxis anytime we needed them at reasonable rates. It is close to the airport and the beach as well as shopping in town. We could not have asked for a more perfect place, none of us wanted to leave!

Fantastic week at villa with 3 adilts and 2 kids (12 y.old & 10 y. old) from Canada, in June 2017.

We were nicely surprised!!! Villa are even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. It has everything that you ever expected! We enjoyed it enormously. The owners made sure , that we had a dream vacation. Christina (the owner) went to meet us the the airport. Villa is brand new, modern very clean with big land to play on! Nice view .It more equipped than any rental place. Every room has air conditioner. Most of the rooms have a beautiful terrace, furniture, decorations ect. Swimming pool has an engine to exercise and filled with salt water. Swimming pool area has a little kitchen with everything you need to cook if you want to eat close to the pool (BBQ, stove, dishes, bathroom ect.). Villa has no close neighbors, gated by electrical gate, 10 minutes from nice restaurants, beaches; 5 minutes from groceries . We loved local bakery with fresh bread and cakes.15 minutes drive to the biggest shopping outlet in Greece. Christina was very helpful & even went agreed to spend a day in Athens for the sightseeing . Then, we ate in the typical Greek tavern with a view on Acropolis. I can go on and on about this place & their owners . The rental price can be much more for that villa . We visited Athens twice and other places around . Big thank you to the owners Christina & Niko for the wonderful week and their hospitality ! We already miss you and your place! Highly recommend. Family from Montreal, Canada

Fantastic and better than we expected

We stayed at the house for 10 superb days. The owner met us at the airport and helped from arrival, the property is less than 10 minutes from the airport and very close to Artimeda. On arrival the comment from one of my grandsons summed it up well, "Amazing is this really where we will staying?" The house was better than expected, well kept, clean and beautifully furnished. It was well equipped and the four double bedrooms were excellent. All the amenities were better than expected and the grounds were excellent and well kept. To top all this the owners Christina and Nick were gracious and helpful. We recommend this to everyone and book early as it is in high demand as we have certainly booked it again for next year already.

An amazing stay

We have been holidaying in villas for almost longer than I can remember across the Greek islands, Portugal and Turkey. So each year we try to choose a villa which has the best points of the one last year and if possible something extra. Of course this becomes more and more difficult. Our preferences are for good space and facilities, ideally a terrace or balcony with a sea view if possible, plenty of lounging area around a pool and a BBQ area. This villa just raised the bar and has all the above in spades. Christina is the owner and a most welcoming and helpful host. She met us at the car hire station in order to lead us back to the villa and show us around. (If we had not hired a car she would have picked us up from the airport and taken us back too!) She had a Greek desert waiting for us on the table and the fridge already had some soft drinks, beer and other supplies inside. We arrived at the villa and opened the electric gates and drove on to the wide drive. The garden to the right is one of the largest we have ever experienced in a villa rental. Inside the villa it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The kitchen is crammed with glassware, cutlery and dinnerware. It is Christina’s home when not rented. It even has a lift to the first floor! Outside there are two tables and plenty of chairs on the terrace. Back out to the garden and the BBQ/kitchen area. Out here there is a large table to seat eight under cover, further easy chairs and table and another fully equipped kitchen with a second dishwasher and fridge freezer. And yet more glassware and cutlery, tools, etc. No need to bring it backwards and forwards from the house. The BBQ is excellent. At night the whole grounds are a picture. I have never seen so many garden lights. The pool is lit also and the lights change colour all controlled by remote. The pool has four Jacuzzi jets and at the deep end a reverse swimming feature. This is an adjustable powerful jet which enables a dedicated swimmer to ‘swim against the flow’ without actually going up and down the pool. The town of Artemida is a few minutes away. There are a few beachside restaurants serving good food at reasonable prices. Taxi fare is almost always 5 euros each way if you want to have a drink. In short, this is the most complete villa we have visited in the last 20 years and I would recommend anyone to try it. Thanks Christina for a wonderful experience. Gibson & Kirtley families.
