Loft of 180 m2 with private heated swimming pool

Late 19th century loft overlooking the river, renovated by architect DPLG. In a small village of character, accessible by train, close to shops and tourist sites.
The workshop has been renovated in the spirit of "house lake" North American, dedicated to the river, canoeing and fly fishing. The ubiquitous wood gives a warm atmosphere to the place. Private covered swimming pool 7 x 3.50 m, heated to 28 °.

Big house and nice pool

We enjoyed our stay in this big house with a garden and restaurants nearby. It is located in a small town and the heated pool with salt water was wonderfully relaxing after our bike tours. We definitely think about coming bank.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille. La maison est très pratique, les espaces sont suffisamment grands et très confortables. Belles chambres. Cuisine très pratique. Espace piscine super ! Espace terrasse détente et repas tout mignon en bord du Trieux :-) Location à conseiller absolument !( ... et de nombreuses attractions touristiques et / ou promenades à faire dans les environs directs)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le gîte est très bien situé, à la fois en campagne et proche de la mer. Le gîte est très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé. idem pour la piscine. Petit bémol coté jardin, ce n'est pas DU TOUT adapté pour les jeunes enfants, le mur qui sépare le jardin de la rivière ne fait en certains endroits que 40cm, au bout du jardin il y a un accès au pont qui traverse la rivière sans aucune barrière de sécurité, idem au niveau d'ancien moulin. Je recommande ce gîte mais uniquement entre adultes.

Très belle maison, décorée avec soin et pleine de charme, bien située avec le Trieux qui passe juste devant. Bien équipée également, très propre, linge à disposition. Le salon est cosy, la piscine est agréable. Notre seul "bémol" est dû à la saison et à la température, malgré les chauffages qui fonctionnent bien et qui sont nombreux et les bûches mises à disposition(un + également). Il a fallu rester blottis au coin du feu. Ça reste un cas exceptionnel quand même, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tout est fait pour que ce soit agréable.

Ancien moulin rénové et meublé avec goût. La literie est de bonne qualité (la même dans les 4 chambres), le nécessaire de cuisine est complet (vaisselle, sel, électroménager) et la piscine couverte très sympa. Les 2 seuls petits points à améliorer à mon sens : - L'éclairage dans la pièce de vie (très joli mais pas très éclairant) - La mise à disposition de jeux de société pourrait être un plus :)

Nous avons été accueilli par la personne qui s'occupe de la location très sympathique. La maison est très belle et nous avons adoré prendre du bon temps dans le jardin. L'hebergement est en tous points conforme a l'annonce. La piece de vie et la cuisine sont top, avec une vue magnifique sur la riviere. Nous avons juste perdu 2 jours de piscine car elle n'a ete mise en chauffe qu'a notre arrivee, tout comme les radiateurs dans la maison. Juste dommage sur 1 location d'une semaine.
