私たちのアパート（40 m2）は最近改装されました。 キッチンには、2つの火、電子レンジ、オーブンを備えたコンロが装備されています。
ダブルベッド（1.60 m）とクローゼットを備えたベッドルーム、および2つのシングルベッド（90 cm）とクローゼットを備えた別のベッドルーム。 シャワーと洗濯機を備えたバスルーム、32インチのフルHDテレビを備えたラウンジ。 土Astra 19. 2およびHotbird 13およびインターネットWIFI。 そして4人用の大きなテーブル。 また、テーブルと椅子のある海の景色を望む小さなテラスがあります。 共有プール（12室のみ）とプロムナード（パセオコスタカナリア島）への直接アクセスがあります。 ビーチは徒歩数分で、レストラン、スーパーマーケット、薬局、ショップ、バス停もあります。 メールで詳細をお知らせします。 車は必要ありません

Top Basis für den Traumurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach nur ein traumhafter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und neue Kraft zu schöpfen. Es wurde in der Ferienwohnung an alles gedacht. Wir bekamen bei der Ankunft Wasser, Wein, Apfelschorle und Kekse. Auch Pods für die Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Herzlichen Dank. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. Auch die Dünen kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Die Wohnung hat wirklich einen perfekten Standort. Für längere Ausflüge ist die Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt. Juan ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat den Transfer zum Flughafen super für uns organisiert. Die wöchentliche Reinigung der Wohnung mit Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche war wirklich super. Das Einzige was wir nicht gut fanden, war die Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Sie war uns persönlich zu hart. Das empfindet natürlich jeder unterschiedlich. Einen kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag von uns ist, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer bei Gelegenheit zu erneuern. Es hat die beste Zeit einfach hinter. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen. Es waren 10 super tolle Tage. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Juan. die Ecke

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sauberste Wohnung, die wir je hatten!Perfekter Service mit persönlichem, herzlichem Empfang und Einweisung in die Wohnung. Alles was man für den Alltag braucht war vorhanden-das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt (Shampoo, Waschlotion, Waschmittel, Kaffee-Pads, Bier, Wasser, Wein, etc.). Das Meer direkt vor der Haustür… Wohnung ist ein wenig hellhörig. Vermieter ist auch während des Aufenthaltes erreichbar und hat uns tolle Restaurant-Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und hatten eine intensive Zwischenreinigung. In Laufnähe der Wohnung gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants z.B. das Alma Gaia. Auch zahlreiche Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Brilliant beach side apartment

Such a clean cozy apartment. Everything you need for a quick break in the sun. You certainly are spoilt for choice of restaurants bars shops and supermarkets. All of which are a very short walk away. The apartment was superb. Most importantly Juan was a very special host. He arranged our transfers which was one of the smoothest we have encountered. He was there to greet us. On call if we needed him. Allowed a late check out Even followed us to the airport because we had forgotten some of our luggage ! Definitely a really lovely man🙏 Would so recommend this accommodation. We are in our seventies although the apartment is a second floor the stairs were not an issue. The view is so worth it.

3rd time but always wonderful

As always, everything was extremely organized. The transfer from/to the airport, the check-in with Juan, the weekly cleaning days. Some renovations make the stay even more pleasant. Unbeatable: the balcony with a view of the Atlantic and the lively hustle and bustle on the Paseo. We really liked it again, it was a relaxing stay. We would like to come back next year.

Séjour, agréable, bel emplacement face à la mer.

Bel appartement très bien équipé, face à la mer et à 2 pas des plages, et du centre pour sortir le soir ou aller au restaurant. L'immeuble est très calme, belle terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou l’apéritif en regardant la mer. Le propriétaire vous accueille très gentiment avec quelques boissons au frais, machine à café, doses de lessives pour le lave linge etc....il a pensé à tout !

Very Comfortable

What a wonderful apartment. We were here for 2 months and thoroughly enjoyed it. It faces east, so we could see the sun rise each day. And it is located very close to the promenade and beach - perfect for daily walks/runs and/or swimming. We often ate our meals on the balcony, where we could see the promenade and the Atlantic. This apartment's kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Several grocery stores were within walking distance, and there were several car rental places very close by too. The cleaning person did a consistent, excellent job. Additionally, bedding and towels were cleaned for us each week. And the washing machine for our clothes was a snap to use. The evenings were quiet and restful, but within walking distance to activities, restaurants, dessert places, bars, etc. We enjoyed visiting the Yumbo Centre several times - a mall for LGBTQ+ people and their allies. It is about a 20 minute walk. Fun times, restaurants, drag shows, and Carnival activities for the whole family happened here as well. We found all of Gran Canaria to be very queer friendly, with rainbow flags flying everywhere! Walking to the dunes was fun, and not too far away. We drove to the highest peak - Pico de las Nieves - for spectacular views. All in all, a great time. Thanks so much for letting us stay here.

Einfach nur wohlfühlen

Wir waren auch dieses Mal so zufrieden, dass wir bereits für 2023 erneut gebucht haben. Im Einzelnen: der Transfer Flughafen- Appartement und zurück hervorragend organisiert. Schon vor der Anreise bittet Anne um wichtige Daten für die förmliche Anmeldung. Das Appartement wie immer in einem Hervorragenden Zustand. Eine - köstliche - Flasche roten Weins stand zum Empfang bereit. Die wöchentliche Zwischenreinigung wurde vereinbart und fand auch so statt. Das Appartement ist gut für Selbstversorger geeignet. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen! Vielen, vielen Dank! Auf dem Balkon sitzend den Paseo beobachtend fühlt man sich wie in einem Straßencafé - wunderbar.

Top floor apartment on promenade not far from lifts down to beach. Really well appointed. Some good restaurants on the streets behind as well as main beach area. Bus stop 100m.

Excellent apartment!

The apartment was very clean, well furnished and in an excellent position on the promenade of Playa del Ingles. Anne was an excellent communicator, answered our questions and booked our airport taxis at a very good rate. We used the pool every day and had it to ourselves. Two supermarkets just behind the apartment block were very well stocked. We would definitely return!
