About this property

A Mermaid's Dream!! Your home away from home!

Right-side, 2nd Row duplex with fabulous views from all 4 decks.Beach access about 300 ft away. 1646 Square feet, 3 bedrooms plus a sun room that can be used as a bedroom, and 3 full bathrooms.

Sleeps up to 11.

The house has a reverse floor plan. The top floor has tons of windows with great views from the front and rear decks. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area that seats at least 10, a living room, a sun room and a full bath with a shower on this level as well.

The living area has a 50" 4K UHD Smart Roku TV with Cable, DVD and WII system with games. There are also plenty of board games, card games, puzzles and books available for your entertainment as well. Wireless Internet access is also provided.

Downstairs the Master Suite has a King size bed, a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower, private deck, and 32" Samsung smart TV with cable. The 2nd bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and deck with ocean and sound views. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and deck with ocean and sound views. A full bathroom and laundry room with washer/dryer are also on this floor.

Other perks include Dual-Zone AC, ceiling fans throughout, an outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water, a wheeled beach cart, and an outside locking storage area with sand toys, beach games, umbrellas and chairs for guest's use. There's also a card table and folding chairs for extra seating.

Beds; King, Queen, Twin over Full bunk, Queen Sofa Sleeper in living room, twin daybed with twin roll out trundle in the sun room.
