Peacefully situated on a hill on the outskirts of the village with its own heated swimming pool in a spacious garden and beautiful views of the hills, forests and vineyards of the Perigord Pourpre.
Authentic atmosphere created by traditional architecture (old roof tiles, white sandstone, oak beams, restored doors, wooden floor)
Spacious and airy rooms with lots of light, modern bathroom facilities, fully fitted kitchen
Child-friendly: numerous facilities for (small) children, children's playground nearby.
Own garden with swing and slide, terraces all around, private parking
Possibility to meet 2 or 3 other families on the domain but at the same time the privacy of your own house and garden.
Quiet location but not remote; bakery and grocery shop at 350m. Supermarket 10 minutes away.
An enormous diversity of sights or (sporting) activities in the immediate neighborhood.
