Apartment 36m² comfortable and air conditioned (refurbished) comprising living room (new sofa bed 140) open to fitted kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe (bed with new mattress 140 x 200), bathroom, wc. Terrace with patio and barbecue, garden furniture for 4 people. Residence with large swimming pool and children's pool (municipality not supervised). The residence is located 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 3-5 minutes walk from shops (bakery, restaurants, shops) and 6 km from Ile Rousse. Sheets and towels included in the rates. Cot and high chair on request included. Free WIFI. A parking space is reserved for you.
Rental possible without a car because everything nearby. Taxi rate on request.

Location parfaite en tous points

Pour notre premier séjour en Corse, découverte de la Balagne à l'Ascension. Lozari est idéalement située pour une découverte du littoral et de l'arrière pays balanin + l'Agriate. A 200m de restos bien sympas et animés + et zone commerciale. A 500m à pied de la plage. L'appart dans une résidence au calme, est refait à neuf et parfaitement équipé, propre et décoré avec goût, avec terrasse privative + super piscine en copro. Debbie est très sympa et dispo (dsl pour la frayeur avec les clés :) Parfait pour une couple, ou une petite famille. On recommande !

Tout correspondait, à l’annonce, l’appartement mieux que sur les belles photos de l’annonce, hôtesse accueillante et discrète, le start de départ avec sel, poivre, bouteille d’eau, café, thé etc très apprécié. Lieu très bien situé pour la visite de la Haute-Corse . Piscine magnifique, à 50 m de l’appartement. Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement. Willy
