Facing Mont Blanc, 4 cozy and quiet rooms in residence Pierre and Vacances Premium du Chantel II.
Departure and return skis to the feet.
Numerous tidying up. Very good equipment. A bathroom, a shower, a toilet.
Beds made on arrival, towels provided, cleaning made at departure except for the kitchen.
3 bedrooms with comfortable bedding in 2m long. A room with a double bed, two rooms with two single beds pushed together. This is perfect for three couples (or 4) or with children. Comfortable Sofa bed in the living room.
Service-baked croissants at the reception. In the residence swimming pool, sauna-hammam, cardio training room nearby, all in free access.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement. Cependant, il faudrait revoir l'heure d'arrivée sur l'annonce car nous avons eu le logement seulement à 17h et revoir pour déboucher la salle de bain également.

Très bonnes prestations générales à un tarif non excessif.

Très belle expérience, si c'était à refaire je referai. Nous étions 7 dont 5 adultes et 2 ados, l'appartement est bien dimensionné et fonctionnel pour accueillir tout le monde. La proximité des pistes au top sans avoir les nuisances de la station. Quelques soucis de chauffage et eau chaude très vite pris en charge et pas de quoi faire de l'ombre à la qualité du séjour. Bon ski à tous 👍

Good location, enjoyable stay

We stayed 1st week in April and had a really enjoyable stay. The appartment was what we expected, well maintained with good furnishings and the 3 separate bedrooms which was one of the main attractions in choosing this place were all fine. The children had a great time with the hatch from their bedroom into the lounge. The bathrooms were good and the shower was particularly popular. We used the free Wi-Fi and this was reliable and sufficient for our needs. There were 6 of us and we would never have wanted another 2 staying as was supposed to be possible with a sofa bed. It was always hot in the apartment even without the heat on which is a good thing really but we regularly had to leave the balcony door open even at night as it was so warm. The kitchen is very compact but you can still cook good family meals with ease with all the appliances modern. We did our big shop at chambery on the way as it is so much cheaper and there was enough storage in the fridge and shelving for the whole weeks food. We borrowed the free Raclette machine from reception which was OK. The reception staff were very helpful although we did have to wait an hour for the apartment to be ready even though we turned up just after the stated arrival time. The bread service worked well for us and didn't seem to be much more expensive than down in the village. We did use the pool in the building which was OK when we went mid-afternoon but was a bit busy and boisterous just after skiing ended. We were surprised that there were no lift queues at all. Skiing back to the apartment was a bit nervy for some of our less confident skiers but they managed it every day without any mishaps. From Le Roselend to the main Arc 1800 centre was much easier than we thought it would be with a nice cleared path running straight down most of the way and it only took 5 minutes - don't bother with the Dahu lift! It meant we went down most nights for shops or entertainment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was just what we expected

Très bel appartement

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cette résidence et l'appartement était à la hauteur de nos exigentes attentes! Il est très beau, fonctionnel avec ces 3 chambres. Nous avons encore apprécié sa situation sur les pistes, au calme, le service boulangerie et l'espace piscine sauna hammam. Magnifique vue sur le mont blanc mais du coup soleil uniquement le matin! Si nous revenons aux arcs nous aimerions retourner dans cet appartement.

Régal : le départ et le retour skis aux pieds

Confort et face au Mont Blanc, le titre de l'annonce reflète bien la réalité des lieux. Les photographes seront ravis (lever et coucher du soleil). Séjour très agréable, le soleil en prime, départ et retour skis aux pieds, quel régal ! Très bien accueillis par le personnel de PIerre &Vacances à la réception de la résidence et très réactifs pour régler les petits soucis. Il y a des services (payants) boulangerie, machine à laver, sèche-linge, parking ou garage) trouvé les lits faits à l'arrivée ( la literie est très confortable) et le linge de maison ( linge de qualité + sèche-cheveux) est très appréciable. A signaler: sur tout le domaine des Arcs le parking est payant sauf aux arcs 1600 ( il y a un système de navette). C est une adresse à retenir.

Un lieu idéal !

De retour de notre séjour aux Arcs, nous tenions à vous remercier pour la qualité de votre location. Votre appartement est très chaleureux (bien plus qu'il ne laisse en transparaitre sur les photos), très pratique, confortable et bien équipé. La vue à couper le souffle sur le Mont Blanc nous a manqué ce matin ! Nous avons bien profité des services offerts par la résidence (parking, boulangerie, etc..) dont l'accueil fut parfait ! C'est un réel bonheur de pouvoir profiter du sauna, hamam ou piscine après une bonne journée de ski !

Très bonne

Nous avons passé un excelent séjour dans cet appartement, bien situé (même en fin de saison, nous avons pu revenir à la résidence skis aux pieds), très bien aménagé, bien équipé et bien entretenu. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des services de la résidence: piscine, prêt de matériel de cuisine ou de luge, et service de boulangerie. Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement et très aimablement à toutes nos demandes. Et le soir, nous pouvions admirer le coucher du soleil sur le Mont Blanc.
