Fully equipped kitchen area.
Dining room, Living room with sofa bed and TV. (Wifi included)
Shower room with shower, WC and washing machine.

2 bedrooms with bathrooms (Showers and toilets)
Including a bedroom with a cot.
-Outdoor terrace, 4 hectares of greenery, water area, play area and parking.
Nearby you can discover many tourist sites, such as the remains of the Miremont fortress, as well as many castles and caves.
We are located 20 minutes away. from Sarlat, and 8Km from all shops. Access A89 at 30 km.
Numerous activities are available in the surrounding area such as: canoeing / kayaking, hiking, go-karting, golf, hiking
