The apartment, recently renovated and very bright, is ideal for extended stays. With approximately 100 square meters of space, it features two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large panoramic terrace.

Here, you can enjoy unforgettable evenings admiring the Porto Antico, the boats, cruise ships, and the Expo area. The kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, allows you to choose between a home-cooked meal or dining out at the many nearby restaurants. The area is rich in amenities, including supermarkets and playgrounds for children.

- Check-in after 2 PM, check-out by 11 AM
- No parties, please respect the neighbors

Parking nearby is available upon request at 25 euros per day, not included in the rental price.
