The building is listed and protected by the "Special Protection Plan for the Historic Seville" by what has been observed in the original exterior facades and type of covers, and has recovered the original colors; and its inside has followed the organizational structure, the historicist style and some elements of original construction of the time. comfortable, spotless apartment in a terrific location

We recently stayed here with another couple, although the apartment is better suited to two adults and two children due to the miniscule size of the second en-suite bedroom. The kitchen and baths are brand-new, we found all to be very clean and neat, and ideally located right off a main boulevard. In both directions from the front door are myriad terrific restaurants, and all the historic sights and more are within easy reach on foot. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, of the very nature which can arise at any time and in any home, and were amazed at the immediate and successful response we encountered. A most enjoyable stay, well-supported by a friendly and helpful owner and staff.
