Second floor includes two Kids Bedrooms, each with a set of twin beds, Queen Bedroom, shared bath and Junior Master with en-suite bath. Private Master Suite expands the entire attic, taking advantage of many architectural elements including dormers and turrets, and includes a king bed, seating area with queen sofa bed, day bed, two desk spaces and large full bath with soaking tub. Full basement includes additional play space, living room with card table, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, Caretaker's Suite and large laundry room. The Guest Cottage includes one Bedroom and bath, full kitchen, living room and laundry room. While it's just a short walk to nearby restaurants, the beach, Jitney and train station, surfing in Montauk and Hampton's nightlife are just a short drive away… but you may not want to leave the refreshing coastal breezes that energize the air throughout this fantastic property.

We go days with simply walking to the beach and for coffee at Jack’s but otherwise entertaining ourselves at home and then hitting Ditch Plains for surfing.

House & Property Policies: No smoking in the house anywhere. Please do not flick butts on the lawn or planting beds as they may cause a fire. Pets are not allowed; this covers tenants and their guests. No drinks near the piano. No parties or functions allowed at the house during any part of the stay unless express written approval from homeowner is granted. No posting of signs, balloons, etc. on the street entrances of the property. Tenants and their guests agree not to touch any wires/cables behind the components and cable boxes. The AV and lighting system utilizes a universal remote control and touchpad in the kitchen that control all the functions on various house devices; If any wire or cable is tampered with, the cost of the technician’s service call will be deducted from your deposit. Please keep outside noise and music volumes to a minimum; If there are any noise complaints or issues with neighbors your deposit will be forfeited. When driving on our street please do NOT speed; This is very dangerous as people may be taking a walk or out with their pets. Excessive garbage pickup may be deducted from the security deposit and balance returned post stay. Moving of furniture or redecorating is not allowed. Standing on or dancing on any furniture is strictly forbidden. Be aware that pool cover is temperamental and should not be used.
